I ended up in the hospital with e coli after eating there. I can't prove it but seems like it.

Hate to downrate you because I know how important ratings are but I had to. The amount of unprofessionalism I just witnessed was disgusting. You have an ee in there with two French braided pigtails in that was cursing. Your manager asked her to watch her cursing because ya'll had customers in the store. The ee then went to the guy working the fryer and said "watch my language? What are they going to do, fire me? Please do." The manager was nice and professional about it... you may want to do just that and let the girl go before she leaves a bad taste in other people's mouths

Ice cream is four star worthy. Can’t go wrong with a Jim Dandy. Usually a teenage crew working there in the evening and they are on the ball!

Ive been here several times and what makes the experience is usually the friendly staff. Not the fastest by far but I dont usually get the lack of service vibe. That was until today when I showed up for just Ice Cream and didnt even get a hello standing at the counter. Usually customer service is what I look for no matter the type of establishment because its within control of the employee. Now this could just be passive aggressive employees because it was about 40 minutes until close but youre still open. Saw a couple with a kid going in, told them not to bother that its swamped. Saw them turn out as I was leaving so it was not just me who felt this way. Very disappointed.

This Friendly’s really lives up to its name! The staff is polite, respectful, and very kind. Sometimes the food at Friendly’s seems rushed together or sloppy- but not here!!! You can tell whoever owns this Friendly’s really cares about their business!!!! I’ll be back again.

Not what I remember as a teenager The chocolate shake tasted warm and not even sweet. The burger was a hockey puck , over cooked The service was slow, it looked like one girl had all the tables Granted not her fault but even the kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Ill never come back here. Its a shame this was a good spot at one time.

1 star is only due to the presence of a playground for the kids. Otherwise this would be a one star. We had a really bad experience on Mother's day, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Bad day?Nope. The entire staff, which outnumbers the customers, seemed both confused and annoyed each time we walked through the door. They seem wholly disorganized and completely untrained in customer service or in waiting tables. Maybe they were all trained during the pandemic when orders were to go, but they seem really put off by the idea of actually serving customers. They made us feel really awkward both times. The level of service would be about zero. with zero points for trying. We won't be back a 3rd time.

Just skip it. Dont even read my review. read all of their google reviews. my last 2 exoeriences there echo everything that's already been said. These people don't even know what customer service is much less how to offer it.

Great experience! Super friendly responsive staff. Great food & new selection. And we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Yum!

the worst and slowest service everrrrrrr. expect to pay $8 for ice cream that now is 2 scoops vs the 3 it used to be and only half full! your bill will be $70 with tip if you get ice cream and we only got grilled cheese sandwiches and water! beware. this place sucks!

If I could give it a zero, I would. Wait was forever... half hour wait from order time and still no ice cream! They had more than enough people to get to all of the orders. Most of the people left before they could get their orders in. How do they stay in business?

Service was slow. Friend asked for double cheeseburger, only single. Server got defensive when asked about it. Music was very loud and not pleasant. When asked if it could be turned down, were told manager said no. Never asked my friend what size sundae he wanted and he got a small. Waiter didn't come back to ask how food was.My opinion, if you can go to Friendly's on airport road. They got 5 stars and kudos to the district manager!

Took my family there on Sunday march 6 th for my sons birthday. Never again! We got seated at a dirty , sticky table. Then we waited about 10 for our waitress who didn’t bother writing anything down. She messed up our drink orders. Then messed up our food orders. One order was sent back 3 times because of onions in it. Instead of making a new sandwich the manager tried to scrape out the onions in hopes we wouldn’t notice. They tried charging for food we didn’t get. We were never offered dessert. And my son never got the sundae he was supposed to get with his order. After all that I look back and see the waitress writing down the order of a party of 3 but wasn’t smart enough to write down for a party of 6. And the best they can tell me is that it’s a teaching moment. Bad business is what it is.

The bad:Dirty table (crumbs and sticky), did we forget about covid or just germs altogether?Dirty menu that could be seen 10 feet away.40 minutes to get my food.Overpriced ($14-$16), entree same price as Appetizer.I get the staff shortage but all it took was a large party before me to break the system. 40 minutes is 10 minutes longer than the average person to be done eating and out the door.Yes you can apologize, discount, etc. but the experience is trashed and future visits are out of the question. So no, I would rather hit the Diner or local Wendy's.

Can you imaging standing at the welcome counter and not being acknowledged for 10 min? My daughter and I went to this location to get an evening treat, but when we walked in there was a couple waiting to be seated, so we opted to take our treat to go instead. We waited at the counter with numerous employees going back and forth, with none of them asking to help us. 10 min... no hello or welcome. So we high tailed it out of there and headed to Melt, a cool new ice cream parlor on South Main St. Phillipsburg. Best decision we made that night.
