Absolutely delicious!! I’ve been searching for an Italian Restaurant in the Lehigh Valley that reminded me of the restaurants in NYC I grew up enjoying. THIS IS IT. The food, the Owner (Tina) and the Chef (her mother) hit it out of the park. Chicken Parmigiana, Eggplant Parmigiana and Fried Calamari were cooked to perfection. I’ll be making Gambinos my go to for Italian going forward. The whole experience was great!!
Looks like the menu options changed slightly. I had bruschetta, penne vodka, and spumoni ice cream. All were fantastic. Server was attentive and caring without being overvearing. Overall a great experience!
