Not sure why this place isnt at 5 stars. Former Chef here, I have no idea of their sanitation situation and i dont care. This is the best chinese place in PA. Not a paid promo either. I just got some takeout after work and after a couple bites im over here writing a 5 star review.

My order was take out. I ordered Pot stickers (fried dumplings), Cold sesame noodles, and Hunan Two Flavors. First, I tried the pot stickers which were excellent. The dumplings were very full of a tasty, meaty filling. Yum. Then I tried the cold sesame noodles. Wow, they were excellent, the best I've ever had. There was only a touch of peanut in the sauce, but I didn't mind, the heat was perfect, I didn't need to add any hot sauce. The container was overfilled. After I ate what felt like half, it still looked full. Nice. Last, was the entree, Hunan Two Flavors. The menu described it as shrimp and scallops with lots of veggies in Hunan sauce. This was just as good as everything else. Note, in addition to the scallops and shrimp, there were also "logs" of "sea legs". Not my favorite, but It all went together well. Also, the shrimp were battered then fried then tossed in the sauce. Not what I was expecting but very tasty. I am very much looking forward to heating up the leftovers. The heat was perfect in this entree. The only minus was that the dumplings were missing the soy-ginger sauce that usually comes with dumplings, but no matter. I learned how to make a reasonable imitation from scratch a few months ago, and it only takes a couple of minutes to whip up, so I was still pretty happy. My food was ready when I got there about 20 min. after I ordered. The order was correct. I asked for some hot sauce, just because, but also due to the excellence of the Ho Ho Wok homemade hot sauce from prior visits. He'd run out his supply of little containers on the counter, so when I saw him searching for, then opening packages of the empty cups, I told him not to bother, but he said no, and my cup of Ho Ho Hot sauce was in my bag in no time. Excellent, overall. Mark from S. Easton.

Foods was great always and hot, all the food is hot, but got the walnut chicken and they use the sweet-and-sour chicken for the walnut chicken not like bread and fried chicken with coconut sauce and walnuts, was expecting more of a premium product for the price, they should use real breaded, chicken and fry it. There’s lots of other competition in the area. Food is not terrible, but lost its quality.

Food is always great, once they forgot my egg roll and the next time I went there the woman behind the counter remembered me and gave me an extra egg roll free of charge. They always get my order right even though I make changes due to dietary restrictions. Not a dine in place but great for pick up or delivery!

I hate people that say this but now I understand I wish I could give lower stars than 1. Absolute worst. I asked for fried egg and lady screamed at me saying only scrambled and when I went in to ask for the manager she said, quote, “I don’t need it” so she doesn’t even speak English. I have over 20 years in the food industry as a bartender/server. This. Is. Absurd and I will be having this place under state review for refusal to provide service for gouging their customers.

I feel that the food has lost its quality. The chicken has no taste. The egg fu young was under seasoned. I think they have a different cook. They were my favorite.

Food was not as good as it was a while back. The wonton soup was greasy and the dish had very little actual pork in it. Mostly vegetables and a ton of onion.

This place is so under rated. The food is some of the best around! I found my new go-to for Chinese food.

Food was better than other Chinese restaurants in PA.

I used to love their fried rice. For some reason, it’s not that tasty anymore. Please revert to the original recipe.

Food is good as always, but the staff are just awful. I ordered food for my family, and my girlfriend went to pick it up. They kept trying to give her the wrong order, and when she would tell them it wasn't what we ordered, they insisted she was wrong. She was starting to think that maybe I ordered more food than she thought, because it had 2 of what we got, but a lot more food in general. She came back with it and showed me, and it was over $80 worth of food, and we only ordered $30, and she got charged the full $80.I called them and they asked me to bring the food back. I don't know why they wanted it back, but once food leaves a restaurant, they can no longer vouch for its integrity. I don't know if they plan on serving it to someone else, but they can't confirm what happened to the food once it got picked up, so that's a big no no.We showed up and they tried to tell me that it was my girlfriend's fault, despite her telling them over and over it wasn't what we ordered. They then refused to give us a full refund after making us come back and being so rude to us, and only refunded the difference between the orders. I pushed on it because they were doing less than the bare minimum, and making our wasted time not worth it, but they just started to ignore me. I've learned a few things.1. They don't respect your time, and if they mess something up, they'll blame you for it and not reimburse you for the inconveniences they cause.2. I cannot guarantee their food's integrity if they want us to bring back food from someplace they don't know.3. They don't care about their customers.I've been coming here ever since I was a little kid, but this is not the first time something like this has happened, and their attitude has only gotten worse over time. This is my last time coming here, as there are more options now in the area.

The prices are a bit higher than the competition, the food is no better than any of them. I happen to be in the area, so I gave it another shot but I am still not impressed at all.
