Yeah. I ordered ahead about 30 mins before I got there. And my order still wasn't done. Ok fine. I wait. And wait. And wait. About 20 mins go by and still nothing. So I go up to one of the workers and I ask about my order. They haven't even started. Ok fine. I let that go. Once I got my food, about another 20 mins, I finally leave and I enter my car to have something I didn't order. I go inside to tell them and they said sorry and again, another 20 mins or so, I wait. Once I got MY CORRECT order I went to bite into what I thought was a well made, we'll deserved (not even for the price but for waiting.) Cheesesteak, jus to be disappointed by a loaf of bread and a couple pieces of meat. I was so mad I threw the abomination out the window. I'm sorry Jersey Mike's, but I know yall can do so much better. First and last time there. 😔

I was with my brother and he ordered a sub double meat. He came back in to complain that the sub was not double meat. They had a line of people but we don’t care interrupting because we’re mad. Why you charging us 14 bucks for no meat. The girl doing toppings tried to explain to me all innocently that it was extra meat and that their extra meat that they’re trained to put on a sandwich may not be what we perceive as extra meat. BULL! When I click extra meat I should expect double or triple meat for that price. She offered for the slicer to make it again and he did but it was literally still skimpy. I explain that this is the third time ever ordering online this happens and she said it could be a mix of mistakes but also because they’re trained to put only so much on. I don’t care! Load it up! Make the food as if you’re the one blowing your money on it. But I guess since it’s not their money they don’t care. How inconsiderate. I think we’re gonna stop ordering here. Better off buying walmart meat and making my own sandwich

Waited for a take out order for 30 minutes while the employees watched us. I understand being busy but that doesn't mean you can just ignore people flat out. I would have gotten through faster not calling ahead and waiting in line. About 25 minutes faster . There needs to be some supervision on the floor. I was waiting with 8 other customers.

Got some of the worst food poisoning of my life along with the group I went in with. I don't think I can eat Jimmy John's ever again after that.
