This was my 1st time ordering from Jersey Mike's online at this restaurant. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We got there to pick it up and waited another 25 minutes and the restaurant wasn't even packed. They were busy but nothing crazy. So we waited a total of 45 minutes for 2 normal size sandwiches. My sandwich was done sitting on the counter for God knows how long when we asked again about our order. I will NEVER be going back there again EVER!!!! They need to be trained again on how to handle in person and online orders at the same time.

Customer service complete trash. The crew was so rude. Especially the young lady working the shift this evening. I have no words. Smh.

This is my favorite shop! The heros always come out perfect! The staff is always pleasant!
Yeah. I ordered ahead about 30 mins before I got there. And my order still wasn't done. Ok fine. I wait. And wait. And wait. About 20 mins go by and still nothing. So I go up to one of the workers and I ask about my order. They haven't even started. Ok fine. I let that go. Once I got my food, about another 20 mins, I finally leave and I enter my car to have something I didn't order. I go inside to tell them and they said sorry and again, another 20 mins or so, I wait. Once I got MY CORRECT order I went to bite into what I thought was a well made, we'll deserved (not even for the price but for waiting.) Cheesesteak, jus to be disappointed by a loaf of bread and a couple pieces of meat. I was so mad I threw the abomination out the window. I'm sorry Jersey Mike's, but I know yall can do so much better. First and last time there. 😔
