Absolutely terrible. Ordered two sandwiches that were made wrong and the worst part is after going through the process to email them the information and get a resolution, my complaint has been completely ignored. They were quick to take my money but don't even acknowledge their mistakes let alone resolve it. For the price, there are many better sandwich shops in the area.

I’ve had subs from Jersey Mike’s at several locations but this was the worst.I was there around 5:00 and for a place that specializes in hoagies/subs they were essentially out of all bread except rosemary.Well ok.The meat consisted of a modest layer of the thinnest slices of ham/salami I’ve ever seen. No wonder I couldn’t taste it in the finished sandwich. Cheese? I’ve seen thicker paper.What really made the sandwich bulky was 2” of shredded lettuce piled high along with a smattering of onions and tomato.I paid $17.00 for a lettuce sandwich .Seems the more they franchise the worse they get.I’ll go to Wa-Wa or some other place and get something I can recognize and order the way I want a sandwich made.Not settle for whatever they have left.
My wife and I frequent Jersey Mike's whenever possible. The rosmary parmesean rolls coupled with #6 & #13... Mike's way, Plus! You can never go wrong with fresh sliced meat and cheese. The employees are always cordial and attentive to detail. Management seems to have it under control in this fast-paced environment. Tables and lobby are clean.

It is so overpriced here for what you get. And they lie about prices. The prices on the board won’t match what’s on the register. I asked the young man if he could give me a discount or hand me a coupon because I’ve seen people with the coupons but he denied me one??! Very disrespectful. Don’t know if it had something to do with me but I feel like for the sandwich I was given, I shouldn’t have paid 6 dollars.
