The floor was terribly dirty behind where the make line was and just all over it made me raise n eyebrow…… but the same which was ok over priced $25 for giant Philly cheese steak extra meat But where was my extra meat???? maybe $20 would have sufficed. They gave me the wrong bread as well!!!! The staff asked me if I was help right away though.

Every single time I come in to this store I’m greeted by Rashay and Josh who have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Two great young men and the reason I always come to this store. These boys need raises and promotions asap. The manager at this location is not very friendly and I believe either one of them would be a much greater fit to keep business and customer moral high. Will be back here every time.

The bread was not fresh, I had the rosemary Parm bread, it was hard and crumbly, and bread makes or breaks a sandwich, other then that food was good, and service was good, the young lady was very friendly

Every time we order food lately the bread is always hard like it is sitting out all day & uncovered. The overall food quality has continued to go downhill. Why would I want to spend $10-$12 for a lousy sandwich when I can make it at home cheaper and much better. When you order out you expect quality with convenience. I will not recommend anyone to go here.
