Unfortunately, my recent order experience at Jersey Mike's was somewhat disappointing. Despite waiting for approximately five minutes, I did not receive any acknowledgment from the staff. While I initially assumed there might be a self-service ordering screen as this is my first time at Jersey Mike's, I later discovered that was not the case.
When I finally approached a staff member to place my order, she took it but I was surprised when it seemed to be forgotten....

I recently visited Jersey Mike's at Forks, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure my order was perfect.

The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and generously filled with high-quality ingredients. I especially loved the classic Italian sub – the flavors were spot on, and the bread was perfectly soft yet...

I love Jersey Mike's and was glad to see that a location was being bought closer to home. While the staff here is great in regards to customer service, I have to say that I am not happy with the portions given especially for what I spend. ?
