Delicious turkey sandwich. I want one right now. I think about it sometimes.

Food is ok but rude staff makes for a poor choice.

Where’s the beef? That was my question when opening the 2 party boxes we purchased yesterday for our guests. Some of the subs had literally a sliver of meat - ordering three different types of subs in the two boxes — roast beef, Italian and turkey. The boxes are a great option when you have a group, but really - what is up with no meat on the subs??? Wawa would never have done this, and we drove 30 minutes south for JJs and do believe they are a great brand, but yesterday was a BIG disappointment

My favorite sandwich shop whether at home or on vacation.

A friend of mine recommended Jimmy Johns when I told her I was hungry for a good sub and wanted to try someplace new. At that point she was on a diet and told me they did subs in a lettuce wrap. I was interested. I knew it was a chain and I usually go for mom and pop restaurants but it was Memorial Day and not much was open so we decided to try it. My husband and I ordered the large size (huge at 16") #9 Italian Night Club -- salami, capicola, ham, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato and what dressing you prefer. Delicious! The French bread roll it came on was fresh (baked there daily) and soft. We ate the whole thing AND the oatmeal raisin cookie on the counter that was calling our name. You can also build your own sub. Found a new place for subs. Try it! And did I mention the service was quick? By the time we ordered and paid, the sub was ready! :) Enjoy!

Very disappointed with the tuna hoagies we picked up tonight. Hardly any tuna in the roll, only 2 slices of cucumber and they forgot the cheese I paid extra for. Maybe the kids working there need more training and some supervision as these were not what we usually get and same as Subway. Will think twice to go back again.

Okay, I admit I thought Jersey Mike's had the best hogie...but I hadn't tasted Jimmy John's! Today I had my first #4, basically an Italian hogie...except that it isn't basic at all. It's fabulous! The pickles should get a special 6 stars...cold, crisp and delicious...just like you want your pickles to be. Oh, and then we had a bag of chips...they have 5 kinds, I wanted plain. Excellent. Apparently they bake the bread every day and slice the meat and cheese. Bread is just right. It is there to hold the meat and cheese. Go and enjoy.

I paid almost $20 for two sandwiches for me and my wife and we're still hungry. Where's the meat?

Bun was over cooked on the bottom and hard. Service was very slow, will try again just incase it was a fluke.

The Easton location is not so good2 weeks ago I placed an online order for pickup. There is no place on this location’s website to redeem the buy 1 get 1 50% off or to get your free sandwich item after placing second online order. As I was told by female manager on this Sunday afternoon, the franchise owner isn’t here now, but I will have him credit your account Our computer systems is old and employees can’t handle your discounts. My credit card was never refunded even after several emails to corporate office customer service rep Kriestan Dalton who would be in touch with franchise owner. Never happenedI love the subs so I’d come back again if I could get resolution. I believe in giving everyone a second chance especially during these challenging COVID times.I’d appreciate hearing from someoneThank you
