I called twice to try and book an appointment. You call a third party service and that parts annoying to start with. They’re not going to be able to answer a lot of questions. The third party stated they provided the office a message twice. No callback.

So unprofessional!!! So rude!!!! Just because he doesn’t allow children in his office and I had my kids waiting in the car and I was told it would be a 15 minute appt and I was standing in the room waiting for him to come talk to me so I can leave he got so nasty with me. I guess me standing bothered him so that he got nasty. Looked at me like I was a lunatic. All i said was, I need to go so I’m waiting for u so I can go. I just wanted to finish the appt. He takes his time while we wait for him. To say pretty much nothing. I just asked for a small rush so I can get back to my kids. What physician doesn’t allow children to wait for their mom in the waiting room?!?! What a rude unprofessional doctor. And then had the nerve to tell me to find another practice! Excuse me sir but u shouldn’t even have a practice!!!!! Offering 100 different shots for god knows what filled with god knows what!!!! All he does is suck money out of every patient . He’s a rip off!!!!!! A con artist!

Scheduled an appointment and was informed insurance was accepted, just to show up and be informed I owed $200 cash or $250 to be paid up front. No option to bill, even after multiple texts/reminder calls and not one mention of this policy. Waste of time and scam.

He do not check how is supposed. He is not professional at all. RUDE. NASTY. like to insult patients and dont let them talk. He and Scaffidi like to do procedures that you don't need only for charge the insurance company. If you need a surgeon I recommend Dr Harrison from Lehigh Valley Hospital. Honestly if I had the option of.0 will do that. They like to do injections without test first. Give you medication that They sell. When insurance companies cover them. They love to give everyone Phentermine for long term and that medication is not used for long term. The side effects are awful, for that reason the FDA do not allowed for long term. Go to a place professional like Lehigh Valley Hospital on Cedar…. Truly they use you to make money, without truly caring for patients. And unfortunately they go more to the latinas.

Made an appointment, was told they accept my insurance. I couldn’t find the building with GPS so I called. No answer. Finally arrived at the appointment, I took off from work early to be there. I stood at the check in window while the two women chatted. Once they acknowledged my being there I was told the visit would be $200 in cash or card since my insurance doesn’t cover it. Waste of time. And having a heavy set person working at a weight loss clinic doesn’t do much to instill confidence in prospective clients. Absolutely no regard for my time or goals.
