My husband and I stopped at J's for a hot cheese steak sandwich. We ordered the 10 inch and split it between the two of us. It was excellent and plenty for two AND the best sandwich we had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and the food came quickly. We WILL be stopping in more often.

Super super slow service. Half hour+ wait for chicken tenders, chicken wings and fries. Only 1 other customer. If the employee bringing food out had walked any slower, he would have been standing still. Chicken was fantastic, food was hot. I suggest retraining the closing employees, because if that had been one of my employees, he would be looking for another job.

Ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch cheesesteak and fries. I bit into the cheesesteak and the bacon was RAW. I was disgusted. The fries were decent, but that's the only reason I would even give 1 star.

Terrible. Not a cheesesteak place! Roll was stale, meat was tough, onions were raw. Didn’t realize it was a chain. Place was empty, should have realized, my bad.

While J’s has been a growing up staple for me, I do believe their time is done. Food quality is way below other options, speed of service is absolutely ridiculous, order accuracy is another issue altogether. I hate to say good bye, but it’s that time.

The food was good when i stopped by a few months ago, but they were far from quick. I stopped in because i had extra time at lunch today. I ended up choosing the WaWa hoagie when i was ignored at the counter for 10 minutes.

Not a chance! Fresh & hot French fries? Neither of those adjectives are correct. They are frozen and warm at best, also extremely soggy fries. I got a meatball sub. First, the meatballs are frozen, those aren't fresh either. They deep fry them to attempt to make them hot. Hotter than the French fries but far from hot. I get home, the sub isn't cut at all, not even in half. Now let's talk about the restaurant itself. It was disgusting. The carpet and runners are filthy! The floors in front of the meat case were so sticky and this wasn't a soda that just spilled. These floors are not cleaned. I have been at Chuck E Cheese after a Saturday of kids parties and the floors weren't that sticky and filthy. Just in case people aren't sure where I'm going with this... avoid, avoid, avoid, strongly do not recommend!
