I would rate this restaurant fair. The food was not bad but I was not impressed. Ive had food at many Mexican restaurants including plenty that are marketee as authentic. The Chicken burrito was just ok. My girlfriend enjoyed the empanadas with potato and chorizo. I was asked if I wanted chips and salsa, I was given a small plate of chips and green and red hot sauce. The staff was kind and the place seemed clean. Maybe this is great to others or I ordered the wrong thing.

My wife loves the lengua. We enjoyed the la bamba nachos but the meat is a little tough. The meat (chicken and steak) in my meat lover's bandeja is also tough. We all love the tortillas.

Dropped by La Bamba on a whim—and I’m glad I did! The place is super convenient to get to, whether you’re flying solo, rolling in with the crew, or bringing the fam. Service? Very good . The staff smiles like you’re visiting a cousin who just happens to be a pro in the kitchen.
Started with the horchata—amazing aroma, like a whisper of cinnamon and vanilla. But the taste? A bit too shy. You kind of have to lean in and really pay attention to catch it. Still, it’s a refreshing sip.
Now, the tongue taco? THAT’S the main event. Bold flavor, tender bite, and when you drizzle that house salsa on top—chef’s kiss! It’s like a first kiss with a cow (if they had such a soft, savory tongue—haha). Totally worth it and priced just right!
