Literally the worst location I have been to, shut down online ordering about a hour before closing, they never have pizza hot and ready, and the phones have not worked for atleast 3 years. They are aware thats the phones the work and dont intend on fixing it. Its been multiple times I walked in to order and the whole staff will look at you and just walk around chatting without acknowledging you not even an excuse someone will be with you shortly.

I placed a large order online and everything was correct and delicious. The woman at the counter was super helpful. I had a problem with a gift card that my son had received and traveled 30 mins just to use it. The counter woman was very nice and helped us. I don’t know why I’ve read other bad reviews- I thought it was good pizza for the low price and the worker I dealt with was awesome.

Went in just now and went to go order at the front counter. The man working said it would take 15 minutes to place just the order. There were about 15 people standing around waiting for their pizza. Absolutely ridiculous for a Friday night. Never going back. Walked out with nothing. The people working were very rude and disrespectful.

Placed order online and picked up with a code. Pizza was a little overdone, but not bad. People seemed friendly even without interaction.
Worst crazy bread I ever had, skinny burnt pieces, barely any butter or parmesan, with lumpy crazy sauce not warmed up. I asked for extra veggie seasoning on the cheesy bread and it was like she heard the opposite, put barely anything. The toppings are what makes these products and they were severely lacking. I managed one of these places over 30 years ago and they have definitely fallen in quality.

I picked a pizza today for my teen in the HS across the street. I must say this was the worst pizza I've ever bought! Barely any sauce on it. And burnt cheese on top. So sad that you waste your money on places like this. I wish I had took a picture! Bad, bad, bad.... Junk, junk, junk!

The customer service provided in this place is very bad. They are not and will not change cause their supervisor or managers don't enforce. If you place an online order, they always forget something, and if you go to pick it up at the store, the crew are always treating the costumers in a very bad manner or conduct.
