Twice in less than two weeks I've been to this location on, Butler Street, and both times my online order was not ready when I arrived. The first time I went there, they handed me someone's else's order probably due to a vaguely similar name but completely different order. The lady proceeded to look for my order and she could not find it and then she asked the cook and she didn't know either They then looked in the computer and printed something out and said it's in the oven and it would be 7 more minutes. At this point it's over 45 minutes since I had placed the order for pickup. I saw two customers walk-in up to the counter and ordered directly from the cashier and their pizzas were ready before mine. They had not ordered online. At that point I said that it would've been quicker if I had just shown up and ordered at the counter, too. I finally got my pizza about 25 minutes after they had said 7 more minutes. For my most recent trip, as soon as I walked in, I noticed 6 people waiting. The holding warmers for online pizza orders were empty, and it was only one guy cooking/packing and taking orders. He had a earpiece on talking on the phone to someone about how bad the situation is in the store. When he finally had a chance, he came to the counter to ask about orders. Everyone was showing him their phones and then he'd search the computer for the orders, and after a tedious process he'd find the orders and everyone was told it's in the oven. At some point another employee showed up and started to help in the kitchen but he was complaining about the situation and slamming stuff down due to his frustration. After about 30 minutes, a customer walked in and said she didn't order online and asked if they had anything ready. He said just plain pizza. The customer bought it right away. I then asked if he has a plain ready and that's what I had ordered online, why can't get one that's ready. So he gives me the last one that's been sitting in another enclosure in the back that I saw since I walked in. He says are you sure want to take it instead of what I ordered. I said If it's just a plain one, why not, since online orders are not ready and I was running out of time. Took it and left. When I got home it was so dried out I couldn't believe it. At least the other times the food tasted OK.

The Italian bread and stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was really really good! Hmmm I may be a fan of Little Caesars now! 😄

While waiting on food one of the cooks in the back was wearing sweats that was hanging down bellow his but and was yelling curse words at girl taking orders to me that is very disrespectful that my children had to hear that kind of language. And see his underwear becouse of his pants being down to his thighs sorry very disrespectful

Literally the worst location I have been to, shut down online ordering about a hour before closing, they never have pizza hot and ready, and the phones have not worked for atleast 3 years. They are aware thats the phones the work and dont intend on fixing it. Its been multiple times I walked in to order and the whole staff will look at you and just walk around chatting without acknowledging you not even an excuse someone will be with you shortly.

Super clean and organized. Employees were very good at their job. Friendly and efficient.
I placed a large order online and everything was correct and delicious. The woman at the counter was super helpful. I had a problem with a gift card that my son had received and traveled 30 mins just to use it. The counter woman was very nice and helped us. I don’t know why I’ve read other bad reviews- I thought it was good pizza for the low price and the worker I dealt with was awesome.

Went in just now and went to go order at the front counter. The man working said it would take 15 minutes to place just the order. There were about 15 people standing around waiting for their pizza. Absolutely ridiculous for a Friday night. Never going back. Walked out with nothing. The people working were very rude and disrespectful.

Placed order online and picked up with a code. Pizza was a little overdone, but not bad. People seemed friendly even without interaction.
Worst crazy bread I ever had, skinny burnt pieces, barely any butter or parmesan, with lumpy crazy sauce not warmed up. I asked for extra veggie seasoning on the cheesy bread and it was like she heard the opposite, put barely anything. The toppings are what makes these products and they were severely lacking. I managed one of these places over 30 years ago and they have definitely fallen in quality.
