Worst crazy bread I ever had, skinny burnt pieces, barely any butter or parmesan, with lumpy crazy sauce not warmed up. I asked for extra veggie seasoning on the cheesy bread and it was like she heard the opposite, put barely anything. The toppings are what makes these products and they were severely lacking. I managed one of these places over 30 years ago and they have definitely fallen in quality.

I picked a pizza today for my teen in the HS across the street. I must say this was the worst pizza I've ever bought! Barely any sauce on it. And burnt cheese on top. So sad that you waste your money on places like this. I wish I had took a picture! Bad, bad, bad.... Junk, junk, junk!

The customer service provided in this place is very bad. They are not and will not change cause their supervisor or managers don't enforce. If you place an online order, they always forget something, and if you go to pick it up at the store, the crew are always treating the costumers in a very bad manner or conduct.

The service was terrible! The lady who was working at the front desk oh GOD she’s so disgusting ? and rude I order a deal from the app PIZZA + WINGS she didn’t give me the wings she say it doesn’t come with wings I end up paying for the wings. This is the last time I order food from this place. I don’t no what kind of oil they spray over their pizza ? o god it’s so oily not good at all. Cheese + oil ?

Don't go there after 845pm they refuse to serve you even though they are open till 9pm. Then when I called to let management know was told that was procedure and if it's not in the bin then they don't have to serve me. Will not be going there anymore!!

Manager "Luis" on staff apparently has phone off hook during operating hours. Called 11 times then still came into restaurant an continued to call. I heard no phone ringing and no employees answered for the entirety of two hours. I bought this pizza and promptly threw it away because even after service employees werent wearing gloves and looked disgusting. I don't know who is running this place but I hope they leave and take their horrible business with them.

Their Detroit Deep dish used to be the best around at a price you can't beat, but today it was unedible and even looked awful. Flavorless, unevenly spread sauce and overcooked, hard crust yet still gooey (is your pizza oven broken or something?) I submitted a complaint to Customer Service seeing that management doesn't respond to customer complaints on previous reviews. It seems they don't care about keeping business so I won't be coming back.
