This is a small pho spot in Easton that’s clean and simple. The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a casual pho restaurant, with standard tables and minimal staff, but the service is still attentive.
I tried the pho, and the broth was quite good—flavorful and well-balanced, not too salty or sweet. It may not be the most outstanding pho I’ve ever had, but it definitely hits the spot if you’re nearby. The meat overall was decent, but the brisket really stood out—tender, flavorful, and pleasantly surprising.
If you’re in the area or have errands around Easton, this place is worth stopping by for a warm, comforting bowl of pho. But if you’re thinking about making a special trip just for the food, it’s probably not quite worth the drive.
Summary:
✅ Clean restaurant
✅ Tasty broth
✅ Brisket was excellent
➖ Limited staff – might require a bit of patience
➖ Not quite a destination spot on its own

Good broth different than the place I normally go to in Allentown. this had a darker looking color broth. I did like that the chicken was cut up and strips instead of big chunks so that was good. I like that they give you the option of adding cilantro and other condiments.. def we will be going back, but I’ll make sure that I taste the broth fully before I add all my little chili sauces and hosin sauce.

The service and shop is great! But the broth, is oily and hardly any flavor, not saying this to talk negative, but constructive criticism, the broth needs improvement, maybe more salt, less oil, would be a step. Very nice lady though.

The short lady that works here printed a receipt that didn’t have the option to tip (I didn’t have cash) she just insisted I sign at the bottom. This lady overcharged me and took an unauthorized tip from my card. I go back to ask what happened.. the receipt I signed was the only one without the option to tip out of 10+ receipts. This lady intentionally took extra money from me. As a frequent customer I was very disappointed. I was told I’d get credited the extra amount that was taken next time I come but I can’t trust this place anymore, especially that lady serving me food after she stole off my card.
Side note: I only go here because I live up the street. It’s really my only option for a quick pho meal. It really sucks she did this to me..

The food far exceeded expectations. My baseline is Vietnamese restaurants in NYC. The service was prompt and kind. Place was clean. Will be coming again next time I am in town.
So good! Didn’t know what to expect, but was in the mood for noodles and was hopping this would hit the spot…..and it did. Pho was on point and ban me was good as well…. The spring roll (egg roll) was delicious as well. Would def give it a try if you are here for the crayola experience.
Great Vietnamese sandwiches, great pho and really happy with the boba tea with fresh pearls!
Fast service, good prices, tasty soup! Perfect thing after a long day on the slopes.
I can recommend their variety of wonton noodle soups — actually pretty good! If it’s cold outside and you need a hearty warmer-upper, definitely pop in. Food is made quickly and I’d say it’s priced somewhat fairly.

Was convenient to get lunch here since picking up an ordered product from business nearby.
Veg pho was very good. Fresh basil always served with pho, but basil was not fresh.
Rocket shrimp app was good.
Hot tea with meal.
Extremely extremely salty. Not just a little. The broth is made with concentrate cubes not from boiling ox bones onsite. There were no other flavors to detect because it was overpowered by salt alone. We washed the noodles with ice water but the noodles were already marinated in the soup. Owner was nice and said she is aware of the saltiness of the soup today. Shouldn’t have continue to serve the salt water. Owner is also aware of the loud beeping of fire alarm being low battery. The commercial fire alarm beeped loudly every 3minutes. After we ate, we both felt nauseous and our tongues were numb from saltiness.

We stop by because I was craving for Vietnamese food. We came from NY Long Island . I had vermicelli pork chop and spring roll. Pork was thin and lots of fat. Same price with Long Island food so much better. Unfriendly server and as soon as finished the food, we got a check from her. Not recommended this place.

The short ribs were clearly cooked and then refried. Love to support local food places. But this place was really bad. When I expressed the issue of the overcooked food and difficulty chewing, I was met with a horrible attitude.

This is what we received when we ordered the brisket and steak pho. Definitely not worth the price. The food was subpar.
