This location should not be operating, always short in staff…. Not citizens problem. One person taking payment and running up to bag the food, prepare drinks… unacceptable. Evidently poor management skills, unsure how to schedule employees so there is always coverage and enough coverage especially during rush hours, breakfast and lunch.

I understand I’m getting fast food not expecting a lot here but my food shouldn’t be cold to the touch.
Really poor order accuracy and attention to detail. Ordered a Spicy M crispy and added extra spicy sauce (which they charge extra for). Not only did they put barely a few drops, there were no pickles and the chicken was burnt. Took a few bites of a dry burnt sandwich before opening up this sad excuse of a sandwich that's somehow $6 by itself.

This location drive thru needs a remodel, the set up is bad and the screen to order is flickering, was asked to move up to wait for my order but there isn't any room so I pulled off to the side, the guy came out and went right back inside. Had to go inside to get my food. The only good thing is that my burger was hot and tasted great.
