This place needs a morale check. Im not sure how guest can just wait while watching employees completely doing nothing while the lobby fills up. I get it we all get busy but what I witnessed while waiting for a hot chocolate and 2 hash browns for 30 mins( not to mention I waited in the parking lot for 10m prior to going inside. But thanks to the short lady who ran back and forth from the window and the counter. Give her a promotion because I’m not sure anyone would’ve gotten their order without HER.

Whole bagged ripped. This is what happens when you’re so miserable and just throw 4 meals in one single bag. Fries soggy as hell and cold. I bet they wouldn’t even eat them themselves. Only way to get fresh fries is waiting ten minutes up front or asking for fries no salt.

Took a couple of bites at my quarter pounder and noticed it was pink and raw, waiting and requesting a refund on my quarter pound meal.We'll never order there again!!!! They train little kids behind the friars. They do not obviously train their employee's serve save food standards. Serving somebody, raw food if I was to get sick tonight.I can lawsuit mcdonald's

I know it's a bunch of kids, I know they don't get paid a lot, I know it's monotonous but thankfully I don't have a pickle allergy. It's NOT THAT HARD.

Tbh, it's not my favorite spot but the location is conveniently next to Wawa and a smoke shop which is the only plus. Sry but not sry.

Monday thru Friday I come to visit this store for breakfast some times even lunch. Nicole seems like the only one working. She really puts her effort in getting all the customers taking care of even if I have to wait a little for her to take my order she gets everything out in a timely matter. I love to see her smiling face every morning ,she greets me with a good morning , she even knows my order so all I have to do is pay. Great job Nicole keep up the great work. Got a medium fry and they barely even put fries in it help how do I leave a photo it was so bad 0/10 stingy as hell

Went here on 10/24/25 at 10:50 at night and at the First Gentleman I spoke to ( Murrell) his name tall brown skinned guy . Was not into bringing customers back and more customers, his customer service skills are horrible I only asked for a simple cup of ice, yes was closed but they have a window, Common courtesy shouldn’t be too much to hawk for and, I was forced to ask for a shift lead (Keara) and I must say handled the situation like a pro thumbs up thank you for respecting the brand McDonald’s, as for Murrell, he gets a negative star, I get it your moving, but u on someone else dime and it’s not your place to do what u want because it’s busy of its busy it’s fast food, I can tell he’s not consistent
