This is by far the worst McDonald's that has ever existed. I've got to admit, though, they are consistent! They're very consistent with their food being sloppily put together, wrong and cold. They are also very consistent with taking well over 5 minutes to answer the drive-thru even if there's a line back through their parking lot. And the best! Which never fails! They hire some real gems. I was a teenager once... I get it. Working fast food can be annoying, especially when all you're thinking about is high school drama. But come on, man. Like, at least trryyyy to do your job. You don't have to be fake and giddy and cute. But at least say hello or something... or... thank you? Anyway, I was just at the McDonald's on 248 across from wegmans, and I had a lovely experience. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

This location consistently provides disappointing service. Today, I attempted to place a mobile order for pick-up at the drive-thru at 11:10 am. The app wouldn’t allow me to use a deal, stating it was unavailable during breakfast hours, which end at 11:00 am. Then, I placed an order at regular price. When I arrived to pick it up, I simply asked why the deal was still unavailable. The employee called for assistance, possibly a manager, who was incredibly rude and insisted it was my fault for not entering the 4-digit code before purchasing. However, I was trying to place a mobile order, which doesn’t require a code, and the app itself was the issue.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience here. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered medium or large French fries, only to receive a half-full pack. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of consistency and customer care. I hope management takes note and makes the necessary improvements.

The manager took my order charging me $2 more for the meal I get every morning so I know how much it costs then forgot my soda. I had to get out my car to go inside to get my soda. She give me a half drinking soda when I said something about it, she points to the soda machines and tells me to go fill it. Never, ever, will I go there again and I go to mcdonald's everyday

This has to be one the worst McDonald's in America! The sandwiches seem like maybe they found them in a closet after a week or two! Rolls hard as a rock on fish and burger cooked rock hard! We had hoped that they couldn't be worse than the last time we suffered through their food but...SURPRISE! Stay away!!

Horrible service by the young man(curly hair) working the drive thru on 12/28 @6:30pm. It took nearly 4 minutes for anyone to take the order. I honked and spoke loud for assistance. Right before I was getting ready to leave, he answered. When I got to the window he looked frustrated and was very rude, throwing out the receipt and closing the window without giving me the beverages. He seemed even more annoyed that he had forgotten to serve the drinks. This location is not what it used to be. The customer service here sucks!!! Sadly, most of the young people who work at this location have no work ethics.

Got 2 speakers and skip me when it was my turn and order on app told me to wait at door and 3 other cars got there's before me slowest place ever every time I go there they suck

Disaster. Staff very unfriendly. Customers were so obviously a nuisance. No pride whatsoever in the product. If the staff have no respect for it must be a bad product - so why would I want to buy it or eat it?

Giving out only 1-2 condiments of dressing per order is ridiculous. Say you ordered a bunch of nuggets and fries and only get 1 or 2 things of ranch or ketchup. Rest of ur meal is dry because them only giving you 1-2 condiments. That’s just ridiculous, it should not be a limit of damn dressings.

This is a bad McDonalds. Never get my order right. This time I did not get the hashbrown with the big breakfast/pancakes.last time I did not get the sausage. Maybe it is time to get new management or a different restaurant. I live nearby and I am done with the McDonalds in Forks Twsp.
