Terrible customer service, I had bought two chicken nugget meals along with two milkshakes. The “Strawberry milkshake” I had received barely had any strawberry in it and was almost completely white, comparable to the vanilla milkshake. When handed my food I had told an employee that the milkshake tasted like vanilla and had almost no strawberry. She responded with an attitude, told me “that was how they come and that they’re all like that” while trying to tell her I have bought multiple strawberry milkshakes before and none have came like this, she slammed the window shut and walked away. I then called the manager and explained to her the situation and offered to give a description of who it was, the manager hung up on me while I was speaking. Overall the food is not very good, the fries are usually over cooked and waiting time is entirely too long for a small order of food. Customer service is terrible, disrespectful, and dismissive.

just came from there ordered four happy meals with no juice boxes just two orders of french fries and no juice. She said they had no apple slices when I ordered apple juice. It is on my receipt and I ordered myself a meal and didn’t get my fries you would think after spending $50 on these meals they would get it right

Not a care in the world how they made my fish sandwich (I’ve posted pictures) my French fries were warm and my chicken nuggets were so hard! Ugh. Not a happy customer and I don’t think they care. A shame.

Today was the worse experience i’ve ever had. I was discriminated by the employees here(Managers). I was even threatened with the police being called on me all because I asked for the name of the manager to report her for the treatment I received today by her. The manager her I was in no way disrespectful nor uncooperative with them in any way. If I pay for something, i should get what I am paying for not what they want to give me. Over all people go to another place for service. Don’t come to this place especially if you are hispanic otherwise be prepared to have the worst experience ever. This place deserves 0 star. The managers 0 stars. Service 0 stars. Over all not worth coming to this place.

For starters, the new parking lot design is terrible. Most of the spots in front of the restaurant are for mobile pick ups so you are kinda forced to park in the other part of the parking lot. Not a big deal but the closest door is through the drive through. They have put mulch down and little fences to keep people out of the mulch so getting in the door itself is kind of dangerous. While we were there, a supervisor (I guess) was yelling at an employee to just go home. It was highly unprofessional as there were several people in the dinning room. I just wanted a small fry but saw they had Minecraft toys. There's no way to order a toy only on the kiosk so I had to go to the counter. It took a bit to get someone to the counter. When she came, I asked about buying a toy. She told me they can't sell them separately. I was like oh that's weird, since when? Whatever, I will order an entire happy meal since we want the toy. I then looked on the corporate website and you can in fact buy just a toy. the happy meal took longer than it should have to come out and the fries seemed old. This location has really gone done hill

Decided to stop in this afternoon for a what i was hoping a delicious 10 pc and a quarter pounder but ended up waited a good 15 mins and while waiting seen a mouse scurry across the kitchen floor… questionable, the food was cold btw
Horrible service and food was horrible burger was so dry, it looked like they wipe a dot of ketchup and mustard with the bun. Had 1 pickle on the burgers # 7 a sprinkle of onion.
