Caught the food poisoning/stomach bug from here. Never again.
No sauce with my dry nuggets, but a little something extra in the fries (a curly blonde hair).

I typically order small items to go since I'm usually running around. Today I chose to stay after ordering online to beat the 1030AM cutoff time for breakfast. Service was fast as usual. Employees know me by name at this point. As soon as I said I was going to stay they switched up, grabbed 2 trays for my wife and I and served us even though I said they didnt need to do it. The morning shift deserves a raise, manager included!!

Literally I’ve been here for 30min ordered my food inside there are about 20 other people in the lobby with me waiting 1 order coming out maybe every 5-10min or so. I don’t recommend to come here especially during breakfast what I thought would maybe be a 10min wait turned into at least 30min. When someone asked when their order would be out the cashier said “sooner or later” I am now late for work and already paid for my food so here I am waiting. At least have someone come out and have the decency to let them know before they order that there’s going to be a long wait I could’ve went to Wawa instead and have been at work already.

Clean place but the franchisee is being a cheap owner and not keeping enough staff on hand. They were totally unprepared for their breakfast rush, messing up orders, taking 30 - 40 minutes, line around the building and inside. No point in coming to McDonald's if it can't even be fast.

I went to the drive-through. This is honestly just a good review for people who have bad stomachs. The food and the service was amazing. We did the drive-through yet just be aware because the greasy food is getting worse and even if you eat two fries your stomach’s gonna have problems

I ordered breakfast on the mobile app for drive-thru pickup at 10:35 a.m. I was in the Drive-Thru line which was long at 1042 a.m. by the time I reached the speaker it was 11:02 a.m. and the lady informed me that they could not give me the steak egg and cheese bagels that I ordered which were two of them. I said I wanted something similar in price since I paid $6 each for the steak egg and cheese bagels. When I get to the window the lady informs me if I could just get a refund and I said no because I waited in line at this point for 35 minutes that I need it to feed my family and I need something similar in price. She went back to the manager and the manager was visibly annoyed with me. And I then asked if I could just get two Big Macs and replace of the steak egg and cheese because now at this point it is no longer breakfast. I was then told to wait in a parking spot and I had to wait another 11 minutes. So in total I was waiting 45 mins for my food . Then when I received the food the packaging was not correct and food was falling out of the packaging and I was missing cheese from one of my sandwiches. Needless to say they need to get it together here. Very annoying waiting 45 minutes for food that was pre-ordered, and then getting the food and it not being correct, and then also the manager visibly annoyed in front of the customer even though the customer was not in the wrong.

Some Staff are friendly restaurant is sometimes clean the food is overpriced. The other day I ordered $35 in food and the worker told me if I want 3 sauce packs with my order I would have to pay 50 cent each for them. I was thinking I just payed $35 and you can't give me dipping sauce with that? She said we only give it with MC nuggets. I was thinking to myself so you think people dont want dipping sauce for their fires or burgers Seriously? I find that vary sad and pathetic. I remember 15 years ago thay had the sauce out in the dining area for you to go and take what you needed. Now I can understand some people take advantage of that so thay put them behind the counter but to not even give 1 or 2 sauce to your paying customers is just sad and shows the greed with these billion dollar corporations.

Decently-run McDonald’s. Consistent food and service… much better than the one by Walmart further up on 248. The majority of the staff is friendly. I have solemnly had issues at this location but when I have they’re quick to solve it without hesitation. They also know how to manage a drive-thru by telling people with larger orders to pull up to the 2nd pickup window or pull in a spot out front.
However, I will never understand why this location has 2 drive-thru speakers but they only ever use 1. On many occasions I have seen enough cars in the line to warrant the use of the second speaker and would make things go much quicker.

Terrible customer service, I had bought two chicken nugget meals along with two milkshakes. The “Strawberry milkshake” I had received barely had any strawberry in it and was almost completely white, comparable to the vanilla milkshake. When handed my food I had told an employee that the milkshake tasted like vanilla and had almost no strawberry. She responded with an attitude, told me “that was how they come and that they’re all like that” while trying to tell her I have bought multiple strawberry milkshakes before and none have came like this, she slammed the window shut and walked away. I then called the manager and explained to her the situation and offered to give a description of who it was, the manager hung up on me while I was speaking. Overall the food is not very good, the fries are usually over cooked and waiting time is entirely too long for a small order of food. Customer service is terrible, disrespectful, and dismissive.

just came from there ordered four happy meals with no juice boxes just two orders of french fries and no juice. She said they had no apple slices when I ordered apple juice. It is on my receipt and I ordered myself a meal and didn’t get my fries you would think after spending $50 on these meals they would get it right
