It is always busy and the drive-through is always the priority. The food was fresh and the coffee is made correctly with the right amount of cream and sugar. Some issues with self-serve kiosks and orders getting mixed up. It can be a long wait and they are short employees. Wheelchair accessible entrance and exits are available. Tables can be a bit dirty with limited seating options.
