I came out to support my local McDonald's a day after an Altoona spot captured the CEO killer. My food took 20 min. I hope you guys can figure out how to speed up productivity.

No one should have to wait longer than 30 mins for food at a McDonald's. A after waiting for 20 mins , I walked up to the counter to ask someone about my food. A large number of Employees walked passed me without even asking if I needed something. Even the manager , who was busy stocking drink lids gave me the side eye. Finally getting someone's attention , they asked " is someone working on this order" and all you heard was stunning silence. I don't live in the area. Just passing through. Now I can see why they have such a low rating on Google. And they say fast food Employees want big money to work....not deserved. AT ALL.

Absolutely McTerrible! I usually go to two different locations near my home but today I was near this one so I went there to get a reward from the app. I had over 5500 points. Normally I get a frappe but that's not even a reward anymore. So today I got a medium fry. They were the most disgusting fries I've ever tasted. Overcooked and OLD OLD OLD. I came at about 11:25 am. These tasted like they were fries from the bottom of the bunch that was cooked when they first switched over from breakfast to lunch. It sucks that I spend ALOT of my hard earned money at two different locations I normally go to. Then when i go to collect a reward at a different location, for spending that hard earned money, I get jipped! I ate 3 or 4 of those disgusting fries and couldn't stomach anymore bc they tasted so bad. Thank God they were "free". From now on when I spend my hard earned money at the GOOD locations, I will just stick to getting my rewards at those reputable locations as well because this place has gone downhill TREMENDOUSLY.

Recently, my visits to McDonald's have been disappointing. The fries, which are usually crispy and delicious, have been consistently soggy and lacking in freshness. The cookies have been hard and stale. Some of the employees are very rude when customers address an issue. I hope McDonald's addresses these quality issues soon.

Person taking our order could not keep the drive thru flowing. To make it worse after we sat in line for 20 minutes utes she decided to take 2 cars from yhe same lane instead of alternating, thereby having g us wait an additional 10 minutes. But it's McDonalds. But if you are going to serve drippy food at least maybe try for good service.
