My son chose Meli for his birthday dinner. There were six of us. 2 were going to be late due to miscommunication and they were able to push our reservation back by 45 minutes at the last minute. It's a very nice restaurant, seemed a bit loud at first but it settled a bit after we got seated. They were very accommodating and explained the menu specials and options etc. The Executive Chef went table to table and spoke to most everyone. My wofe has an allergy and he addressed which foods to stay away from etc and made some other recommendations. It was pretty busy but our drinks, appetizers, and dinners selections came out at the appropriate times. Our table had 2 Chilean Sea Bass, 1 ribeye, 1 tomahawk pork chop, 1 Wagyu Beef Souvlaki, and 1 Mixed Seafood Grill. Everyone enjoyed the selections. The only comment was the Mixed Seafood Grill was a little underwhelming. The desserts were excellent and theChef even brought out a dessert with a big flaming candle for our son(he's 31 lol), on the house. Overall it was very good would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My friend and I had dinner here on Sunday 10/19th.. Our server, Danielle, was exceptional. She was totally patron/customer-focused, knowledgeable, very personable, and extremely professional. We had appetizers, entrees, and dessert. All were excellent! In fact, the entire staff, management, and ambiance, were excellent on every level. It was a truly satisfying and memorable dining experience. Compliments and gratitude to everyone.

Stop scrolling. You found the place. Eat here! We had the most delicious meal. The atmosphere was fantastic, they gave us a quiet table in the corner. The drinks were delicious, the beef souvlaki and creamy risotto were to die for…. The chef even came out to make sure we loved the food and gave us a chocolate mousse! I would eat here every night of the week if I could. 100 stars!!!

Had an amazing dinner at Melie, everything from the food to the cocktails was fantastic. We started with the saganaki (flaming cheese) and crispy spanikopita, both perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The main dishes were outstanding. The souvlaki was juicy and beautifully charred, and the potatoes were crispy and addictive. We also tried the mixed seafood grill with shrimp, octopus, and fish which was amazingly fresh and delicious.
The cocktails were creative and well-balanced, especially the espresso martini and the Kevin cocktail made dinner a show! Dessert was a highlight: baklava cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake, and a unique take on bougatsa each one was excellent.
The presentation was beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and stylish, and the service was great. Melie will quickly become one of my new favorite restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fabulous! Great atmosphere, our server James took great care of us. We started with SKORDALIA and GRAPE LEAVES (rice, tomato, yogurt, dill). For our main course my wife had POACHED SESAME TUNA and I had DECONSTRUCTED PASTITSIO. We finished off with the special desert: a filo pastry with a fruit compote and vanilla ice cream. It was all great! Even the coffee was good. Too many times restaurant coffee is weak but this coffee was a pleasant surprise. Excellent close to a great meal.

Our first and DEFINITELY not the last time we visit this extraordinary gem in the heart of Easton. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Meli.
Madison, our server provided stellar service. Attention was paid to every detail by the staff. Chef even took the time to visit every table.
From the Meli Spritz to the Spatikova, to the grilled lamb chops and the deconstructed pastitsio ending with the chocolate mousse cake, every bite was better than the last.
Kudos to the team at Meli Taverna!! We'll be back very soon.

I’ve enjoyed drinks at the bar at Meli in the past and have always appreciated the inviting atmosphere, so I decided to return for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
The dishes were presented quite simply and lacked the attention to detail I had anticipated. We ordered the sea bass, which arrived as a whole fish with minimal garnish; the calamari, which came with only a small portion of sauce on the side; and the octopus, which was slightly overcooked for my taste. Typically, octopus is served over a base such as mashed potatoes or polenta, but at Meli, it was presented as a single tentacle with half an onion on the plate — leaving the dish feeling somewhat incomplete.
While I still enjoy the restaurant’s ambiance and bar service, the food presentation and creativity could use some improvement to match the otherwise pleasant setting.
Had a great dinner tonight with friends. The wagyu beef souvlaki was amazing. I especially enjoyed the black pepper sauce. Also loved the brussel sprout salad and grilled octopus. One of the best meal I’ve had locally in a long time. Had the pleasure of talking to the chef after dinner. Will Be heading back soon.
