Tried several baked goods.. all were a 10 out of 10. Wish this place was closer. That’s all I can say!

Strolled around Easton Market and found this little pastry spot. They have an assortment of delicious goods, but let’s talk about their croissants!? They were fluffy, decadent, and had volume! Everything had exciting and tempting flavors, from the cookies, to the muffins, scones, and more. Well priced for your local finds. Definitely stop by for a morning bite!

Absolutely fantastic, but they replaced my absolute favorite: Sour Cream and Onion scones :( I can't find nor make anything that just hits the same. That's how good it was
EDIT: My fav scones are back. <3

Had a danish as part of the Easton Sweet Stroll and it was SO good. I work at an establishment that sells Modern Crumb and I’m always satisfied with the pastries and general product that they make!

I was in the Center at closing and a nice young lady with a big tray of pastries came by, giving out what they hadnt sold.

She carried her shop's amazing asthetic in her uniform and demeanor. The pastry was fresh and exceptional. The whole experience left me feeling like I was in a French film.

They made a chocolate cake for my birthday this year that was absolutely to die for, not overly sweet & it had a nice crumb. This bakery does a great job of balancing flavors. Hands down the best croissants you’ll find on this side of the Atlantic Ocean! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It’s impressive that everything is made from scratch right there, I’ve caught the lamination process a few times and wow!

Dietary restrictions: They make a vegan croissant and gluten free options!

The food is tasty but the customer service is terrible. Me and two other ladies stood waiting for someone to talk to us while a staff member worked behind the counter (baking?). A simple “hi someone will be right with you,” goes a long way. I left but the two ladies stayed.

Horrible service and when you try to get in contact with Customer service, they do not respond to nor do they answer so I basically wasted my money! Do not order from here Insomnia cookies are way better❤️?‍?

The Modern Crumb is my favorite spot whenever i’m in Easton. Their pastries are absolutely delicious! I’m obsessed with their earl grey scones, blondies, oatmeal cookies, and their croissants are the best I have ever had! Everything is always made perfect and everyone working there is always friendly. 100/10 recommend the Modern Crumb!! ?

What a great find! Super happy we decided to stop by. The muffins are delicious, moist and sweetened to perfection. The cookies were also spot on. Enjoy!

There's a reason there is a line in front of this baker every single time you go there. They make incredible baked treats. My personal favorite is their croissants. People who go to France tell me that the croissants I serve them from Modern Crumb are better than the ones they get in France. I take them home and stuff some scrambled eggs and a good cheese in them, and they are a delicacy. They also baked my baby's 1st Birthday cake and hit the theme out of the park. I'm very happy with this bakery and I'm sure you will be too.

Where to even begin! First, the service—impeccable! All 3 girls working were super friendly, welcoming, hospitable and did not judge me when I went back for more. The pain au chocolat was the BEST PAIN AU CHOCOLAT i have ever had. Honestly probably better than places I’ve had in Europe. I also chose the prosciutto manchego sage croissant and went back for another..both pastries were so delicate, light, flakey soft and satisfying. My sister who doesn’t eat a ton of meat was impressed with the quality and taste. I will 100% be back every single weekend. Also, prices were absolutely fair and I would actually pay double bc there are places that make similar pastries but could NEVER compare. The Modern Crumb will be the ONLY place I will buy sweet bakery treats from here on out.
