Where to even begin! First, the service—impeccable! All 3 girls working were super friendly, welcoming, hospitable and did not judge me when I went back for more. The pain au chocolat was the BEST PAIN AU CHOCOLAT i have ever had. Honestly probably better than places I’ve had in Europe. I also chose the prosciutto manchego sage croissant and went back for another..both pastries were so delicate, light, flakey soft and satisfying. My sister who doesn’t eat a ton of meat was impressed with the quality and taste. I will 100% be back every single weekend. Also, prices were absolutely fair and I would actually pay double bc there are places that make similar pastries but could NEVER compare. The Modern Crumb will be the ONLY place I will buy sweet bakery treats from here on out.

The Modern Crumb bakery in the Easton public market is amazing! So many delicious delightful pastries! Some sweet, some savory. All artfully and lovingly created! Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!Vegetarian options: All vegetarians will find something yummy here!Dietary restrictions: Just ask, they will do their best to guide you to selections to your liking.Parking: Parking is not easy in downtown Easton. Paid street parking is reasonably priced though. Be prepared to hike a little bit.Kid-friendliness: Some thing for the kids, something for the kid in all of us.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out, plenty of room for a wheel chair!

1st let me say I am NOT a dessert person or pastries or baked goods. I ordered take out at a place it was ready I was starving. I got a scone & some pecan cookie it was a 2 for 1 deal. I have never in my life had a scone or cookie that good. I only took a bite or 2 it lasted 4 days (I forgot about it) left out in the box, it actually retained its deliciousness. I will not go anywhere else I found the best. The worker was super helpful & so sweet, bonus! You’re welcome ? I didn’t want to tell anyone, so I could keep it a secret but this place deserves ? % credit. I question now what the heck I was eating calling itself a s one or cookie, because these treasures were obviously made by extraterrestrials! Bravo ?

Wow!! Great bakery, knowledgeable staff and lots of unique options. The croissants are their staple but the cookies with a twist and fudgy brownies should not be overlooked. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I went to Paris 2017 and had probably the best croissants there. After we came back we were on a quest to find good croissants. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how much you pay or even one that originated from Paris like Eric Kayser just isn't the same. So far we have only found less than a handful of bakery that is comparable. This is a little bakery inside the Easton Public Market. The market is committed to selling local, fresh and quality food. The pastries are fresh and good. We enjoyed the chocolate croissant. We think it could use a little more chocolate. While it is not as good a Paris but it is way above your average croissant. If you are in the area, give this place a try to support local businesses that are committed to delivering excellent fresh food with good ingredients.

The Modern Crumb in Downtown Easton is a must-visit for any fan of baked goods! They have a wide selection of delicious pastries, breads, and cookies to choose from, but their croissants are my personal favorite. They're super fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The croissants are made with high-quality ingredients and baked fresh every day. They're perfectly flaky on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. I love to enjoy a croissant with a cup of coffee or tea for breakfast or as a snack. The Modern Crumb also has a variety of other delicious baked goods to choose from, including muffins, scones, and cookies. Everything I've tried from here has been delicious. Overall, I highly recommend The Modern Crumb to anyone looking for a delicious and fresh baked good.

We were delightfully surprised!! Everything was delicious!! The earl grey scone is so light and flaky. We also got a blueberry muffin and the cream was so tasty. The savory croissant was gone in bites. Highly recommend!

My son and I chose the Earl Grey with Current and Roasted Garlic, Mozzarella with Everything scones from your beautiful spread on Fathers Day because the buttery layers were visible and we anticipated they'd be flaky but we didn't expect the BURST of flavors. The Earl Grey Current scone's toasty outside gave way to its pillowy crumb, melting on our tongues, revealing the butter, and sweetness kissed with a hint of salt. The Currents were pockets of candy like delight and the Earl Grey Tea orange notes in the icing were an exciting compliment. Each bite brought a smile to my face! The Roasted Garlic Everything scone was a surprise as well, it's savory seasonings permeated every bite of the flaky, buttery crumb. Simply satisfying! You KNOW you have a gift when customers recall your confections, even weeks later. Thank you!
