I was missing food once again and get offered to drive out 20 minutes to pick up what was missed.I even called the store after placing the order to make aure they got it right.Once agin the order was missing items and only option was to make a 40 minute round trip to make it right or reimbursed.What a joke

We ordered on the mobile app twice. First time everything was great and gave a generous amount. The second and last time we ordered we got less than half of a bowl. They decided to not give any rice since they ran out but didn't bother to let us know ahead of time. They tried to only give us $5 credits for our inconvenience…. What a joke.

Stopped in for a break from Christmas shopping with my wife. Let me say that Angel and Chelsea were the most professional and polite staff members I’ve ever dealt with at any Moe’s location. I have celiac disease and they went above and beyond WITHOUT ME ASKING to accommodate and make me feel safe to dine there. Excellent job guys!

Coupon on the app for a $5.99 burrito. Ordered, got to check out and lead person says "we are not honoring that. I just found out." Replied that we were told it was good before we ordered and no sign on door and she says "I just found out". She wouldn't honor it so left it behind. Poor decision on her part as we will never go back and she received zero for a made product. Poor customer service with snarky attitude.

I can attest to Annabeth Alley's review. The workers not only ignored us while we wanted to order, but they grabbed a handful of chips from the container that they use to serve customers, then double dip into the queso spoon before putting the spoon back into the container.
