Amazing barbecue joint in the Easton Public Market. Great, tender barbecue meats. Plug for the brisket and sausage. Super friendly staff. Chill ambience - the market has a great vibe. Good coffee and dessert selections right next door. Highly recommended!

They dropped my food on the counter and refused to look at me because they knew how rude they were being by serving me this. Completely burnt, no meat at all for $18.
We sat right across from them and they didn’t ask us how it was at all because they knew what they did.

Food was ok. Had brisket and pork and we thought it was dry. Very nasty attitude from the people here. Especially the woman with the green hair. Unwelcoming approach to customers like a “what do you want, you’re bothering me” type of attitude. The rest of the market was great.
Could have been a one off at this place.. that said, an experience is an experience.

Terrible food, worst BBQ i ever had. Extremely dry! And we wont even talk about the bun, cold and stale. Fries aren't even hand cut anymore. There is no love in this BBQ.

I only got one thing, but that's enough to tell how good the rest of everything will be.

The friend pickles are encrusted in a thin yet evenly coated batter which coats the pickle just enough but doesn't suffocate it as to steal the show away. You definitely know the pickle is there and it makes no apologies.

The spicy sauce paired together with it, doesn't burn a whole through your mouth but It does pack heaps of flavor.. Have to say, the best fried pickles I've had in a long time.

I am pleasantly suprised but also thankful to rediscover something that something places usually get wrong- except this place. They get it right. Check them out. Looking forward to trying more.

On a lighter note. Their atmosphere reminds me of Readding terminal market in philly in the best way possible. Staff was exceedingly friend. Will surely be back :)

We came here to get a quick meal before going tubing on the evening of 02/15/25. I was drawn-in by their smoked sausage option. We ordered a couple of their different fried chicken options for my two sons. My wife and I decided to split a two-meat option, since she doesn't have a big appetite. About five minutes later they called us back to say they were out of sausage. Bummer.

She asked if I wanted just to add more ribs, while I looked at the other choices. I told her 'no' since I didn't really want ribs, and also didn't want anything messy that would get stuck in my teeth. I asked her if she could just change it to a chicken sandwich, and she refused. I asked her if she could just swap in the fried chicken meat from the sandwich, which she also refused. I laughed when she said "I gave you the choices." I told her I already made my choice, and she sold it to me, then backed out. I asked her if she could just change the two-meat platter to just a rib platter, and I would just order a chicken sandwich. She looked confused.

She called over the other girl that was just standing around, and I told her what I had just said. She translated it for the other girl from english to english, and they started pressing buttons on the POS terminal. They got stuck, and had to call the dude from the back, the only person that looked like he was actually working, and he fixed it. This whole process took them about 10 minutes to finally figure out. Then, I saw the same chick that was so flummoxed getting our order, start to start making our chicken sandwiches. I saw her get out a cold bun, and put a bunch of sauce on it, before she dropped the chicken in the fryer. I thought: "Oh no... But, maybe the buns are fresh, and there is no need to toast them?"

I wish... The bun was stale and cold when I bit into it... The chicken was unseasoned, and I heard my son complain "This sandwich is buns." Which in teen-speak, basically means the sandwich sucks. My wife also said her ribs were cold. We had to argue with them to get our drinks, too... And, it was just cans of soda. The same guy from the back, had to come set it straight, and apologized.

I feel sorry for the dude that is carrying this place. He looked like he was doing it all, and the girls he worked with were just there to breathe, and get in the way. I get it, though... I worked in restaurants as a young man, and remember seeing a lot of this kind of thing.

Advice to management/ownership: Promote /recognize this competent man, and do something about the two girls that are costing you money. They either need to retrained, or they need to go. Guaranteed: I am not the only one who sees this. Good luck.
