I only got one thing, but that's enough to tell how good the rest of everything will be.

The friend pickles are encrusted in a thin yet evenly coated batter which coats the pickle just enough but doesn't suffocate it as to steal the show away. You definitely know the pickle is there and it makes no apologies.

The food’s pretty good, but I found it grating that all the sides were off-balance. One or two little issues get a free pass; too many little issues add up and become super noticeable. Please experiment with the ratio of salt to sugar to vinegar for each side, and then measure things out precisely. The cucumber had way too much sugar and needed a bit of salt; the slaw hardly had any vinegar; the onions needed less vinegar and a touch of sugar; and the baked beans needed more...
