Recipes have changed..instead of dough a lot is the crossiant flaky dough. Example they years ago had the best cinnamon buns from dough. Now they are like the phylo dough in freezer section, so are danishes. Now I only get salad or bread.

just got out of surgery at st lukes and my boyfriend took me here to get a warm meal. my soup was ice cold (i had the cheddar broccoli) and the worst part was the bathroom. the handicapped stall was locked so i had to use the normal one that didnt have the bars to pull myself up. on top of that, there was not a single piece of toilet paper on either rolls in the stall. i was completely stuck and had to call out for help for several minutes until my boyfriend came to bring me some from the mens room and help me stand up. that is absolutely disgraceful and ive never felt so vulnerable and uncomfortable using the restroom anywhere especially after literally having my organs removed hours prior. when i brought it to the attention of one of the staff members she seemed to not care and continued sweeping the damn floor. this experience brought me to tears and i just cant get over how horrible and frustrated i felt.

The prices have gotten outrageous and the food quality has gone way down! The staff were very nice, but I will not be going to Panera anymore because of the aforementioned. I can sit down in a decent restaurant and get better quality food for the same or less money.

ordered doordash and literally payed an extra $5 for a bread bowl and they didn’t even give me one. I understand if they just didn’t have them but there was absolutely no compensation to make up for the extra money I payed for the item I didn’t even receive

Is not clean. We were there a few times lately and always have to clean our table. The bathroom is also not sanitary. There was also hair I my food. The coffee is not hot and usually have to ask for coffee due to urns being empty. Will not be going to Paneras in the future. Staff always seems stressed.
Fruit cup was not as pictured, coffee was empty, no creamer, table was sticky and rug was filthy with food

I drove 15 minutes to get to the store for them to tell me they were closed at 845. Given, I know that's close to closing time, but if the website says 9, then I should be able to get service up until that point. Especially for quick take out.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this Panera Bread location . I placed an order through the drive-thru, and not once, but twice, the order was made wrong. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, there was no offer of compensation or an apology—just a dismissive attitude. On top of that, the drive-thru menu light was broken, making it incredibly difficult to read the menu. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a Panera before.
