I ordered food 3 rd time . Items are missing and no body cares . Today I ordered just tomato soup and what ever is written on the slip is not complete.3 times experience items are missing.

Walked in and the Director of Operations, Victor Pimentel, was berating the staff (who are most likely young adults and high school students). He also had this passive aggressiveness to him while I was ordering. I don’t tolerate yelling at your staff. Especially in front of customers. It’s childish and he may be the one who needs “babysitting,” and not his staff.

I went to this Panera 20 minutes through the drive thru. I ordered a tomato basil blt, my mom ordered a turkey bacon bravo. We waited for about 10 minutes at the pick up window for someone to ring us out and give us our food. Once we got our food, I noticed that on my BLT some of the lettuce was rotten, the bacon was like cardboard, there only seems to be regular mayo on the sandwich (not garlic aoili) and the pickle that were given looks like it was run over a few times...the turkey bacon bravo had all the meat folded on it so only half of the sandwich had meat? We paid about $22 for them. The food is way too expensive for zero effort to be put in..I do have pictures for proof aswell but Google keeps refreshing the page and deleting my whole review when I try to upload them.

I tried the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich, but there was hardly any meat on it, and there was enough salt in the sauce to choke a horse. I ate it regrettably, anyway, as I was super hungry, and felt guilty about sending it back. Ultimately, however, the manager made it right, and refunded my purchase.

Ordered a full sized salad and only half the bowl was full. Normally other Paneras add more than here. The lettuce was lilted and soggy. Then to top things off my daughter found a hair in her broccoli cheddar soup….nasty!!! Don’t eat here!!!

Seems to me the sandwiches here are becoming much smaller and the prices are increasing. I received a sandwich that was smaller than my hand, not even exaggerating. Most likely won't be returning to this location.
