First I would like give a disclaimer and a bit of credit to the staff we went on St. Pats weekend so they were probably pretty stressed. However we went early and it was not busy. Everyone was certainly nice but they need to step their game up. Everything took FOREVER. We were given no plates with apps and no silverware at all until we had to go inside and ask for it after our entrees came out. The chicken pesto flat bread had too much crust and was soggy in the middle. One of our salads came out with no dressing and had to be requested with the silverware. Do not order the chicken pot pie. It is a bowl of very watery “creamy” chicken soup with a puff pastry on top which came out cold. The cream of potato soup was really good. That came out hot. I recommend that. Good beer selection and drinks were not bad.Kid-friendliness: Decent generic kids menu you can color on. No crayons given but we did come from Crayola so no big deal.

Well to start with table was so sticky it was gross. We place our orders and were told we couldn't have 2 orders of wontons because they needed them for something else! A big place like that and you can only get 1 order of 6pcs for a table of 6?Everything was way over smoked, fish and chips, wontons. And to complete my swell visit, mens room smelled so badly of urine I almost lost my of smoked dinner. Myself and other 5 guests won't be coming back. One bright spot waitress was very friendly.

I've had good experiences here in the past but unfortunately this time it was subpar. It took a while to get our first round of drinks. A different waitress took our second drink order and I guess never put it in, because our original waitress took the order again about 10 minutes later. This was with about 3-5 people total at the bar.The food was the biggest disappointment which was surprising as I've had brunch here before and it was phenomenal. We each ordered the bacon and brie flatbread. It was just bread with some bacon crumbled on it. Hardly any cheese at all. Dry, chewy. We forgot our leftovers on the table, went back in less than 5 minutes later, and they had already been thrown out. I wasn't upset since it wasn't very good but the $88 bill (before tip) for two super disappointing flatbreads which we only finished half of and three drinks (one was just a beer) will make me think twice about going back.

Good options were great but execution left something to be desired. The kitchen also ran out of some key items, which would have been nice to know about ahead of time. Felt bad for the server having to deal with that.

We wanted to like this place..it's a very nice little pub, with a skylight even! I can't comment on the food, although the menu looked appealing. We left after 20 minutes without eating OR drinking and we weren't the only ones to leave. The service was really awful, although the place was not at all busy. Too bad.

Pearly's is one of the most consistent restaurants we go to. Food, service, and atmosphere are always top notch. It ensures we come back again and again.

So I myself have never ordered here; but my friend, "D.G", has. She ordered a burger with fries and was EXTREMELY disappointed with it. So, being the good friend I am, I ate the remainder of said burger and fries. And let me tell you something Pearly Baker's Alehouse. Although I'm not as mad as D.G because I didn't pay for this meal, the burger was pretty average but my stomach is full and I am content. Maybe I'll decide to order one day myself, maybe I won't. All I know is that history better not repeat itself as D.G won't be eating MY order if I order a burger with fries! #freefoodalwaystastesbetterPhoto: none. I ate it all.

One of my favorite go to spots for burgers but never again. A well done burger doesn't mean hockey puck. They have switched to nasty Kaiser rolls. If I knew that I would have never ordered the burger. I ordered the Whiskey burger that comes with Bacon Jam, which there wasn't a lot of. However, the sliced a whole red onion and put that on the burger. The fries are horrible. After telling the waitress my name, she gave me a bill of $54, which was not my bill. Then my food was sitting there and she walked past it to check with the kitchen to see if it was done. I asked for smokehouse mayo on the side, she comes back with regular mayo. Maybe its just me but restaurants are cutting corners so bad and the staff is not attentive. I could have gotten a better burger at Burger King at this point. I'm extremely disappointed. $18.40 down the drain, because I threw most of it away.

First time eating here before a show. When we were seated, were given a list of specials for the night. Upon ordering, was told 3 of the special's entrees were not available, along with another entree from the main menu. Not a good start. Got the French Onion Soup for an app, which was very bland. Ordered the Chicken Pot Pie, which came out cold and was basically a soup with a small round piece of puff pastry floating around. I'm giving it 2 stars only based on the staff as they were all very friendly and courteous.

It was late afternoon when we went and the place was very quiet with such a great atmosphere. We came in with our loud children, and the staff was more than happy to have us. They had a kids' menu, with kids' cups and all. The food was absolutely delicious, too. I highly recommend eating here, especially you're a fan of the quiet atmosphere.

Usually I'm a man of few words, but for this? This nightmare of an establishment? Where do I start? Not only did our food (a soup, salad, burger, and salmon) take nearly an hour and a half in a restaurant with only half the tables sat, but not a single sorry came out of anyone's mouth until we spoke up about it. Then when it did arrive, my medium burger turned up a delightfully blood red color. And with it taking around 20 minutes for our sever to notice and refill our waters every time, clearly they are very skilled in time management. If you're pressed for time, be sure to swing by here! You'll only be delayed about 4 hours! While I do appreciate the meal being comped, I feel like someone actually taking responsibility for the delay would have been awesome. And maybe if the food came out at once instead of a dish at a time over the span of 15 minutes i wouldn't be so critical... maybe. Not saying you shouldn't give it a shot, but be sure to clear your schedule for the night before you pull out your chair.

We waited over an hour and never received our soup. The entrees were finally brought out and had to be sent back because the brisket was just one huge piece of fat. Part of our party finally left after waiting another 15 minutes for their meal. No one communicated what was going on. They took the soup and one meal off the bill but we had horrible service and will never be back.
