over 1.5 hour wait on Super Bowl Sunday to pick up Pretzel trays ordered and paid for in advance. Line was out door and past building on the long side. What is so difficult about handing out trays and dips to people who already paid? Skipped it and tried to get a refund on Monday- people said nope , you should have waited in line. Not sure what more to say
