I had a great experience from Philly pretzel Factory from Easton. Their spicy pretzel are the best and the regular pretzel dog are great the kids love them. I can't wait to try the other pretzels.

The pretzels are old, stale, and cold. I asked them if we could have one without salt, and they told me I can sit around and pick the salt off myself. Then they said if they have to make new ones it would take 10 minutes, but considering their limited options left at the counter I would’ve thought they would be working on some more already. I doubt I would ever go back for any reason.

Be careful here. I ordered 50 pretzels and was early for pickup. While I was waiting, I decided to order a rivet shaker. After receiving my order, I saw a sign that said it was an “Everyday Deal” of buy one, get one free rivet shakers. When I asked if I could get my free one, the gentleman said no, as if didn’t ask for it when I originally ordered.
Good customer service would have been to tell me about the everyday deal and make the offer when I originally ordered. Good customer service would have been to say, yes. Bad customer service is telling the customer no, you screwed up.
They could have made it easy. Instead, they challenged and lost a customer.
