I stopped this morning at 9am for 2 pretzels and let me say they were disgusting. Those things were as hard as 2 rocks....the dough in side of the pretzel was great looked old. Disgusting. Never again will go to Wawa.

Went to pickup a special pre-ordered Philadelphia Eagles 🦅 Themed Super Bowl 🏈🏟 pretzel 🥨. When I asked why was my order in a regular pizza box when it's supposed to be in a special Philadelphia Eagles themed box? I was given a stupid excuse until he figured out I was correct (Me the customer) and proceeded to almost drop my pretzel while transferring it into the proper designed box❗️ He also forgot to include my cheese 🧀 ❗️😠😤😡🤬 *Disclaimer* I am NOT an Eagles fan ❗️😂🤣

I was picking up my order and the employee helping another customer dropped pretzels on the floor picked them up and never changed his gloves. That’s disgusting. I’m sorry just lost a customer.

1st time visiting this establishment. No one in store, young man comes to front. I ordered the 5 pretzels & a mini dog.
Get half way hone & realized they are hard as a brick. If I wasn't so far, I would've brought them back.
Will give them another chance when in that area

Update: I had actually come in last week. The fact that this happened again shows there is a dangerous precedent and you should discontinue from the platform. Please reread the website yourself. You are supposed to provide inner bags, wrappers. This is sanitary and best practices in food service. As it has it, you attempted to put pretzels in an IKEA bag.

Your location is unsanitary with unsafe practices. I would stress that your insurer read this review as when you do get someone sick, they should deny the claim. I hope opposing counsel sees this as well. Hopefully the home office sees what you are doing before a rogue operator such as yourself destroys the brand.

Please, update your practices before you kill someone.

Unsanitary - this place is going to get someone sick. They tried to charge $1.50 for a brown bag? Save yourself, go to any other location.

Every time I get pretzels from here they are cold and hard as hell. Even when i ask for fresh ones they are hard and inedible. The new owner needs to change everything about it. Plus the guy touched money then my pretzels without washing hands.

I ordered online and must have accidentally ordered two of the same dips. When I went to pick it up, I realized my mistake and asked if I could swap out one for another. Being that they’re already prepackaged on the shelf I didn’t foresee this as a problem. The gentleman who was working that day was completely thrown off by the request as if I was asking him to make an Eiffel Tower out of pretzels in 5 minutes. He literally had to open the bag pull out one and replace it with another. I didn’t even care about any price difference. I love the pretzels and we go back, but this is an example of just saying little things go very far.

"Edit to add*: I gave your place another chance on Super Bowl Sunday, but I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite ordering 25 regular-sized pretzels, I had to wait for 27 minutes to receive my order, and what I received were smaller-sized pretzels. Although I was given five extra, this does not excuse the fact that I was not given what I ordered. I expect to receive what I paid for, or at the very least, to be informed beforehand if the size I ordered is not available. In the future, I hope your establishment can provide better service and meet customers' expectations."

Hours of operation are limited. When door is opened in morning, pretzel baking is just underway causing a 20 minute wait.
