Horrible. No wonder there is no one in this place. Walked inside to pick up our pizza we ordered online and already paid for. There were 4 people working. Three in the back sitting in their phones and one upfront. The person up front was on the phone with another customer explaining the entire menu for over 10 minutes. We asked one of the workers in the back if they could get our pizza for us, and they refused. Said we had to wait for the lady on the phone. We had to ask 4 times for our pizza before they would actually give it to us. The lady on the phone should’ve either put the person on the phone in a brief hold, or asked the ones in the back to help us. Literally just had to ask our name and hand us the pizza. Not a hard task. Never again.

The pizza did not look or taste like other guys. Not much cheese and could see the sauce through the lack of cheese. Waited for 15 extra min from online order not one person at the location.

Pizza Hut never disappoints. The food is always good. It's one of the better pizza chains around. They didn't have wings available when I ordered, which was disappointing. I got the pasta dinner box instead, and the chicken alfredo was good, too.
I've only ever ordered online and went through the drive-through, so I can't speak of the "atmosphere" inside. Today was also the only time I ordered pasta...very bland, don't even bother. It will remain the ONLY TIME EVER I ordered pasta.
This place always gets my order right and done a few minutes before the time expected. Love them! Went there for years...they're always super nice at the drive-through window.
However, today I was asked to leave a tip...for an order I placed online where I went to it pick up myself...seriously? That is just greedy!

The worst service possible first of all 25 bucks for a cold pizza delivery that took 2 hrs on a Wednesday night I threw it away keep the money .This pizza hut has no respect for its customers and I want a manager to respond this place is absolutely a joke the Worse Pizza hut in Easton Please Beware Do Not Purchase This Was Disgusting Because Of This I Will Order Elsewhere. And The Delivery Driver Leaves Pizza On The Floor My Mom Needed Food Thanks For Nothing I'm Reporting You Too BBB.

Every time I come here something is wrong with my order. This time i had no pepperoni on my pizza when I clearly ordered half pepperoni. Also my pizza was swimming in so much sauce I had to use a napkin to wipe it off. Come on I was the only customer in the whole place no excuses for constant disappointment. I am giving up on this place and not coming back. Pizza is too expensive to waste my money on crap.

Door dash got my pizza it was never delivered. And to get refund I will have to go to the store to fill paper work . Never got an apology or extra credit .
