Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went out to dinner with my wife and children at this red Robin tonight. After 30+ minutes, my children’s drinks never came. The server told us that The freckled lemonade and chocolate milk are made at the bar and that it was very busy. He then informed us when we asked for the manager that the manager couldn’t come because they were the one who was working the bar. (There were about two people seated at the bar, And less than half of the restaurant was Occupied )My burger then comes out after saying twice that I did not want avocado on it with avocado. His solution was to just bring me a new bun, which would’ve been fine except the entire burger tasted worse than a three day old school cafeteria burger. I’m not sure if the server just was refusing to get the manager or if the manager is the only employee to work the bar and kitchen, but this is the second time we’ve had issues at this Red Robin and will be the last time we ever patronize it!

We ordered 2 burger meals and a chicken selects meal. One of the burger meals was the entirely wrong burger. I had asked for a bottle of ketchup before we ordered as our table didn’t have any, we never received it. The waiter never stopped by to see how we were doing or to refill our drinks. Chicken selects meal was way overpriced for the amount of food. All of our fries weren’t fresh either. They definitely weren’t understaffed or too busy as there were about 4-5 other servers moving around us helping to deliver food to tables and such.
We should have listened to the other reviews before going to eat there. Low quality experience.

Food is always good. Crispy chicken salad is what I usually get. The chicken, I discovered is not real. Service was great and prices are high. If chicken was real, I'd have given it 5 stars.

If you like hosts who like to make snide comments about your appearance loud enough for you to hear, this is the place for you. No idea why we feel the need to talk about a customer’s appearance in the most condescending tone of voice to each other and then be shocked when the customer hears you, but here we are.

Worked all day thought I would get some Red Robin on my way to the hotel room didn’t get a napkin and didn’t get a fork didn’t get to catch up and mustard I asked for the burger was so sloppy and nasty soggy fries and spent $25 for this so somebody needs to work on North Hampton red Robin in Easton Pennsylvania. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another one unless I get a phone call from the manager that was too busy to Take my call👎👎👎👎👎👎

Honestly, I really don't want to recommend anyone to this restaurant. I think this restaurant doesn't care about the way the food is served and the feelings of the guests. When I needed more fries, I waited for the waiter to pass by but they kept ignoring me. I waited until I had no patience anymore. I decided to pay the bill and leave. When I got my salad, I was surprised. The plate looked like it was not cleaned and was very greasy. All the food was presented casually. The waiter's attitude was just as casual as the food presentation.

This is the second time we dined here as usual worst experience we ordered two chicken sandwich as new added in menu but sandwich filled with recooked oil and chicken was tough to eat

Consistently I have dined here and been met with orders that seem to flagrantly ignore the instructions provided. Cheese added to burgers where they were specifically removed, onions and pickles subbed in where they were not requested. Trying to correct this was met with the on-site manager picking the offending items off of already cold burgers, as if I couldn’t do that myself. Borderline lawsuit bait in regards to allergens, and also blatantly disrespectful. Utter lack of diligence and professionalism, incredibly disappointing from a franchise that I enjoy the food of so immensely. Avoid.

We waited 40 minutes for cold dry burgers at $15 each on a not at all busy Thursday night on a road trip. I used to like RR, but my last several experiences have not been very good at all. I wish we had just done Chipotle.

Places a curbside pickup and got there 5 minutes after it was stated it would be ready. When I got there I called and no one answered the phone so I waited five minutes she called back . A man answered and said he would check in the food and have someone bring it out . After waiting 25 minutes in the car I decided to go in. The hostess was in the bar area and walked down when she saw me . I told her I had been waiting for a curbside pick up and no one came out. She went over to the heating case and handed me my order . I asked how long it’s sitting there and she said she had no idea since they DIDN’T have someone to bring it out . I asked to speak to the manager. That was another waste of time . The manager didn’t even seem to care and just repeated we can make you your order again . There was no way I was going to wait another 25 minutes for food when I had two elderly people sitting in the car for over 25 minutes already ! His response was the person that was going to bring out my food was washing the dishes and when he was finished he was going to bring it out. It shows you how much he took into consideration his customers .

Went last night for kids night. We ordered fried pickles to take home. When we got home it was sweet potato fries in box. I was just eating my left over burger and a piece of sheet plastic about and inch was in it. Uhg!! Should have just stayed home and cooked.

Went twice in two days. Both times the servers were awesome! Food was good both times, however there was a small problem but it was corrected quickly. Food took a long time to come on the second day.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Lots of kids present, when we were there.
