Our food tasted great. We got everything we ordered in a decent amount of time. What gives them 5 starts was we left without our left overs. We got a couple minutes down the road and turned around. Of course our table was cleared before we got back. The manager Ruthie quickly had our left overs remade for us to go. It was our fault for leaving them but she took care of us. Honestly, I paid $10 for a drink, decent sized burger, and bottomless French fries. That beats fast food any day.

I just ordered curbside. Let me say the staff were so friendly and professional. The food was amazing. I will give a 💯 as it was delicious. I will be coming back. Thank you for great food and great service.

Tonight we arrived at 8:10 pm - closing was not til 10. When we asked for a table of 5 one of staff responded with Damn ! He was apparently annoyed cause he wanted to leave . Once we were seated this same staff person circled the table multiple times. He then proceeded to vacuum the whole area while we were eating appetizers. He said the quicker he vacuums the quicker he is out of there. I understand if it was close to closing but closing was technically an hour and a half a way . The food came and fries were freezing . I really never post negative reviews but others should be aware of what to expect .

Order a burger medium well and it came out medium rare. They cooked a second one and it came out well done. Terrible!

This is our goto place. The 9.99 meal plus the endless fries makes it very affordable. Just wish the price for the Appetizers were just a little bit cheaper. But word to the wise on a very cold day, do not sit near the seats by the door it's cold.

I ordered the onion ring tower and when it arrived i noticed the onion rings were not fully cooked as the batter was still powdery in the middle. Then when i ordered my main entrée i asked for the burger to be medium-rare when i received the burger it was well-done as well as extremely greasy. Over all not a good experience

Had a great time. We were seated at one of their busiest times, so getting our food was taking a little longer than usual. Our server, Kailani, kept checking on us and letting us know what our order status was. Even taking longer, we felt like we were getting great service. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst food quality of any Red Robin we were in .
Everything was old not fresh, salad wilted, Garlic Parm wings had no flavor and we’re sitting in puddle of oil or butter over chips.
As if wings were reheated and keep hot?
Onion rings which were good at numerous red Robin’s were even so oily and stale?
Service was fine , did not take pictures because never would come back or recommend this location.
Diner 248 close by has superior food which we normally visit , cost less and always leftovers. Like night and day. No wonder place was empty on Sunday afternoon. Needs an overhaul or close. Waste of money,
Total disappointment, stay away even with a giftcard.

15 minutes to get a water and a beer at the bar, but only after I flagged down a server to ask if I need to move to a high top. 20 minutes later, burger still wasn't out, had to ask if it was coming. Burger was good, fries were old.
