Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

A bartender should know how to make signature drinks, but didn't add simple syrup to an old fashioned. The server was difficult to hear and understand.

I ordered the Shortbread Chocolate Soufflé cake and the Gooey Chocolate Brownie Cake and this is what I received, no ice cream no toppings. Raw too.

My family came together to celebrate my Brothers birthday. My nephew recommended Red Robin because if the bottomless fries and drinks. Everyone enjoyed the food and ate till they were full. This was a great experience. The service was great and so was the prices. Thank you.

We don't live in PA, but when we drive through, many times we make it a point to eat at a Red Robin. Been at this one at least 3 times. Burgers are the best out there. Fries are usually great. Service is always good. Last time the woman taking care of us was so nice, it felt like we were being pranked or something. Definitely the best burger place since the demise of Fudruckers. Under rated.

Had a big group celebrating passing a class. Food took too long to come out, took many minutes for even a simple request to be fulfilled. As an additional minus, paid for add-ons were skimped on, by a lot. Just not as it should be.

Honestly the last two visits ive been service was slow and there was always stuff floating in the water.

Went out to dinner with my wife and children at this red Robin tonight. After 30+ minutes, my children’s drinks never came. The server told us that The freckled lemonade and chocolate milk are made at the bar and that it was very busy. He then informed us when we asked for the manager that the manager couldn’t come because they were the one who was working the bar. (There were about two people seated at the bar, And less than half of the restaurant was Occupied )My burger then comes out after saying twice that I did not want avocado on it with avocado. His solution was to just bring me a new bun, which would’ve been fine except the entire burger tasted worse than a three day old school cafeteria burger. I’m not sure if the server just was refusing to get the manager or if the manager is the only employee to work the bar and kitchen, but this is the second time we’ve had issues at this Red Robin and will be the last time we ever patronize it!

We ordered 2 burger meals and a chicken selects meal. One of the burger meals was the entirely wrong burger. I had asked for a bottle of ketchup before we ordered as our table didn’t have any, we never received it. The waiter never stopped by to see how we were doing or to refill our drinks. Chicken selects meal was way overpriced for the amount of food. All of our fries weren’t fresh either. They definitely weren’t understaffed or too busy as there were about 4-5 other servers moving around us helping to deliver food to tables and such.
We should have listened to the other reviews before going to eat there. Low quality experience.

Food is always good. Crispy chicken salad is what I usually get. The chicken, I discovered is not real. Service was great and prices are high. If chicken was real, I'd have given it 5 stars.

If you like hosts who like to make snide comments about your appearance loud enough for you to hear, this is the place for you. No idea why we feel the need to talk about a customer’s appearance in the most condescending tone of voice to each other and then be shocked when the customer hears you, but here we are.
