I went for a Cheesesteak they have the best Cheesesteaks on this side of the river. I will pass every place in Bethlehem to get to Richards for a cheesesteak. But if you are going make sure you take cash. They are cash only.

Been going to the place as a kid. Everything is good. My favorite is a fried onion cheeseburger w/salt&pepper and a vanilla malt shake. Malt shakes blow everything else out of the water. The original spot on Freemansburg Ave is the best. The griddle at the new place doesn't quite have the same seasoning on it yet haha.

You can't miss this iconic Pepto Bismol colored building. If you have a hankering for hot dogs go here. You can also get fries, hamburgers, steaks, and shakes to die for. All inexpensive too. So good that you see people get no farther than their car in the parking lot before they dig into their bags (me included). There are a couple of picnic tables for the summer. Got to try it.

I'm not sure, but I think Pennsylvania may be the only place in this big country where you can get a Dusty Road Sundae, and Richards has the best! While visiting it was my mission to get one. My friends and I decided to check out our old haunt Richards was almost a daily stop for us way back when. The people have changed but the food remains the same. Really great cheese steaks and hot dogs, but on this day it was all about the dusty roads! We were not disappointed! They were excellent as expected, lots of hot fudge and a bunch of 'Dust" (other wise known as malted milk powder) The sundaes were large and absolutely wonderful. When you are in the mood for some thing decadent the ice cream at Richards will fit the bill!
