Just popped in for a quick slice, and they seem to usually have one.Sorry to see Joe gone but glad to see the girls from the family are still running this iconic pizzeria in Forks Township. Should be forty plus years if memory serves me correctly.Sorry no pics.

The entire atmosphere of this place has gone downhill. The owner is miserable, the portions are smaller and the place is dirty. Such a shame, it used to be great place!

Always a great pie, prices are reasonable and the stromboli's and calzones not only are fantastic but a great size too.

Greatest Slice I ever had! I grew up near by and this was my childhood Pizza Place; ever since I have been a pizza snob and I have tasted countless pies. Many are delicious in their own right, but (when I came back)ordering 2 slices at Salvatore's reminded me of what I love about pizza. Crispy crust, Sweet tangy sauce, and the perfect amount of mozzarella. The only downside was they don't have the arcade machines there anymore (I guess I'm getting old)?

Spent 25.00 Got a German pie & fries both were cold..hardly any meat and didn't get many fries for what I paid...very disappointed...I won't be going back any time soon...

You have LOST a customer!! Been going here over 20 years, I ordered a large stromboli asked to hold the pepperoni but put a little more cheese instead, got some attitude and was told what goes in the stromboli. I explained that the sausage and pepperoni together was a little oily and could they hold the pepperoni and get a little more cheese. I wasn't asking for something extra. I could tell by the way the guy talked to me this was not going to happen and then the guy just hung up no thank you or nothing. I thought that is rude way to be. When I got there I asked the guy if he was the the person that took my order he said no. I told the guy what happened on the phone and you may have just lost a customer. Was told the owner was around somewhere but didn't say I will get him, just the bill was 29 plus dollars for a stromboli one order onion rings. Got home and the stromboli was about half the size it used to be (not the first time for this)and barely had cheese and sausage, basically it was a veggie stromboli. The sauce has no zip to it, it has a bland tomato paste taste. Had enough being treated like customers don't matter, we do!! Sign saying prices went up again but you don't get what you ask for and now you put more of the vegetables in and cut back on the meat. That's not right!!

Their food is always good but don’t order delivery when hungry or try to have it by a certain time. Because it’s not unusual for it to take 2 hours to get our pizza. It’s very frustrating. Multiple times I’ve called after and hour and a half and I’m told “he’s just leaving now” I live right around the corner. If it’s too busy then stop taking delivery orders.
