I walked in at 1:45, they close at 3pm, I asked for a bagel with bacon egg cheese. And they told me everything is shut down and they couldn’t serve me. Absolutely horrible way to run a business. Turning away customers because you want to close and go home early is ridiculous. Never coming back here. No reason to support a bad owner. Not to mention this has happened multiple times. Where they clean and shut down their business before closing hours.

Treated rudely when ordering and picking up food. Apparently the owner “doesn’t need to chase every dollar anymore,” he told me. That’s a shame. Bagels are delicious but not worth being insulted.

If you go to Sam's bagel, count your change. I handed him a $20 bill. He handed me my bag and said there you go I waited for my change gave me $2 in change back. I told him I gave him a 20 and he apologized and gave me the other $10 back. I believe he has done this before
