Very good sushi. Our family came up for the day to the Crayola factory. We love sushi and decided to try Sogo. Everything was perfect and delicious! They gave us a free seaweed salad. Not only that they gave our kids free ice cream!! If you are in the area definitely give this place a try. Thank you!!!

Do not drive by thinking there is a better Asian-fusion place somewhere else, because there isn't. We have been eating here for 20 years and STILL drive an hour just to get the freshest sushi anywhere. Will forever be our "go to" place.

This is a nice restaurant with good food and ambience. The location is in downtown Easton so parking is hard to find. However, the food is great overall. They have a good menu of options to choose from. Their sushi is great!

There’s good sushi, then there’s fantastic sushi. Fantastic sushi is the kind that you can still taste the morning of, and you begin planning the next time you will go back to indulge. My friend and I came to Sogo Sushi on a Friday night at about 7:00p.m. There were a couple of other people there, but no one was sitting at the sushi bar. We thought this would be a fun opportunity to sit at the sushi bar and get to know the sushi chef, Jóse. He is extremely nice and a master at his art. I asked him a lot of questions about all the special rolls, and he patiently answered all my questions- with a side of grace. I was served by a woman named Linda and a man named Sunny. They were very pleasant and Linda was quite social. Turns out this restaurant has been in Easton for 16 years! We ordered the crab salad, an order of chicken fried rice, the Monkey Roll, and the Out of Control roll. The salad was light, refreshing, and provided a bit of base filling. The fried rice was really good, some of the best I’ve ever had, and it had a good salt to garlic ratio. The sushi was out of this world- the flavors were so great that it didn’t need any soy sauce or wasabi. I washed it all down with a Japanese beer they have on tap on tap called Ichiban. This is really good stuff. We will definitely be coming back to Sogo. I’m surprised it didn’t have more customers based on the quality of the food. I’m thinking it has to do something with the location. It is a bit hidden if you aren’t look ing- almost overshadowed by The Bayou and The River Grille. I think they need to put a big old neon sign on the sidewalk, with an arrow pointing, saying “This way for the freshest Asian fusion food in Easton!”

I really, really love Japanese food. So when I go somewhere, I always try to check out any Japanese/sushi restaurants in the area. I think my expectations for American Japanese food are fair, but I'll admit that my standards might be a little higher because, like I said, 日本の料理は本当に大好きです.I got two food items: one of the special rolls, and the pork katsu.Maki: the flavors were okay, but my issues were with the portions and the rice. The roll was quite small in diameter, definitely not what you would expect to get for a $15-20 roll. The rice was very obviously not fresh, and was actually a bit dry. This was made worse by the fact that the rice:filling ratio was way too high; there seemed to be very little seafood for the price.Katsu: pork was overcooked and undersalted. I will say that the panko was well-fried and not oily. The rice on the side was very dry. I will say that this item was quite economical; I was given two pork cutlets, a bowl of rice, and a small side of veggies (nothing super fancy) for about $25.With a bottle of beer, my total bill pre-tip was just over &50.Ambiance was fine. There's a bar area that looks cute, but when I went I was the only person in the restaurant until a small group came in near the end of my meal.Service was very fast, though that may have simply been a function of me being the only person in the restaurant.I probably won't go here again, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, but if you're nearby and are really craving sushi, there's nothing wrong with stopping in here.Parking: Availability depends heavily on time of day/day of week/weatherWheelchair accessibility: Ramp up into restaurant, all on one floor. I did not use the restroom so I can't comment on the accessibility of that

I ate all the yummy sushi before I thought to take a photo but hopefully you can imagine ? it. Ordered the valentine roll and it was delicious and fresh. The service we received from our server Sunny and the chef Jose was warm and friendly. I have a soy allergy and they checked that my food would be safe for me to eat. We ate outside on a beautiful day and I highly recommend this place!

I've never had sushi in my life before and after going to Sogo, I am hooked! I had dinner a week ago and was dreaming about the sushi days later. We ate again last night and I'm still daydreaming! Favorite sushi is fire and ice!! The fried rice and regular items are standard but the sushi is YUM.
