Starbucks

Came in the store 30 minutes before close, I work in customer service so i understand that it’s not ideal but i had a simple order and was treated with very poor customer service by one employee with braids. At my work establishment we would absolutely not be allowed to treat customers that way before close. Very disappointing :(

Honestly I’ve never complained about Starbucks and try not to get upset over trivial things. This Starbucks in particular had seemed fine in the past. Today i went in for a coffee and latte. The girl at the front taking orders was nice and we sparked a brief conversation . Then what awaited was about a half hour wait. They brought out the hot coffee which isn’t rocket science but somehow the gingerbread latte was forgotten. I had to ask twice and finally stated I’d been there for a while to be told “it hasn’t been made yet “. Yes it was busy but orders behind me kept coming out and they simply forget. I went from understanding to disbelieving of how dismissive staff was . Instead of apologizing or at least saying my bad we forgot they said “have a nice day”… then I was handed a watered down gingerbread latte . Save your time and go to a local coffee shop because this Starbucks truly couldn’t care less about being kind to customers or making good coffee. Thank you for ruining my morning 😊

My favorite Starbucks, I take the longer drive to come to this location. Drinks are consistent and staff is way friendlier than surrounding locations. Idk what the difference is in their hiring procedure, but I love it and it’s working

She I say very very very light on ice, I mean very very very light on ice, not 2/3 of a cup ice. Just start listening to your customers. Thank you

I love my dragon fruit refreshers with lemonade and they give it to me with apple juice when I ask for a camel Frappuccino with no caffeine, they give me caffeine

This is EASILY the most friendly and wonderful Starbucks in the area. All of the employees put a lot of effort into their service, and they do it with a fun-loving, passionate, caring attitude. I come in and I see smiles. They are all knowledgeable and put in extra effort to make customers feel listened to and appreciated. I will say that the DM (District Manager) contributes VERY LITTLE and in fact may DETRACT from the warm individuality (drawings, employee attire, little touches) I have noticed in this store. Maybe someone more kind and compassionate in the position might fix this. I hope this feedback reaches the otherwise unreachable DM!!!!!!!!!

love this Starbucks, all employees are awesome and attentive. friendly, welcoming environment with outdoor seating available. Indoors wise it is clean and spacious. Great place to grab a drink and chill 😎😈✌️☕
