Best starbucks in the area. The staff is absolutely amazing, incredible and always goes above and beyond! They all deserve a raise for having to serve this clientele lol. Every morning I order a venti Americano with extra cream. The first few times it was great, but then I started noticing the color was different it was clearly too light, like there was too much milk. I told the barista that it seemed like too much milk, she told me I asked for extra cream, I told her I order every morning and this is whiter than every other morning and she just replied, “Okay, I just follow the standard.” Then she poured some of the drink out and added water. Apparently, not everyone follows the same “standard,” because the color and the amount of cream seems to be different every time.

just went here and asked for a peppermint white mocha, specified the amount of pumps of each i would like so it’s not too sweet and ended up with gingerbread somehow, i know the baristas don’t control the prices but for a $7 latte i’d expect at least the syrup is correct

Ordered a plain nitro cold brew which was room temperature at best and the coffee itself tasted like burnt cigarettes. I usually have no issue with this locations cold brew.

Friendly staff and clean store. Thank you for having clean tables. So many times I have to clean off tables when I go in starbucks. Not this one! They are on top of it. Thank you. It is not too much to ask to have a clean place to sit

I have been coming to this location since it opened. This is the first time I received a frappe with about 4 inches of whipped cream on the bottom of my Venti cup. I don't mind paying $7 for a delicious drink, I do have a problem paying for fillers. This is a horrible practice that I hope this location ends.

I had an issue with my order I originally ordered a drink with almond milk but it was made with regular milk. I told this to the worker I think her name was Meggan and she helped me and was very apologetic. Definitely made up for the situation

I was at this location today i order iced Matcha latte the girl that she make it she forgot to put the vanilla syrup, when i tasted it was so bitter i go back to her i ask her nicely if she forgot the syrup she answered me with an attitude and she was so rude and disrespectful to me and she said this is how we make Matcha latte i told her its not my first time to order this i know how it taste but she insisted that she can’t change it and i ask if she can at least add the 6 vanilla syrup she said ok and she put just 3 my drink end up in the garbage bc she dont want to admit that it’s her fault
Guy at the window was rude. My matcha was clumpy and on the cooler side. When I called back to ask for a remake the woman on the phone was curt and then the remake was alllll wrong and Meggan was unapologetic when I had to walk inside to have my drink remade again. The atmosphere was so off , I simply got a refund as I didn't want them touching my drink any longer

I've conducted interviews here too because the atmosphere is very inviting and warm. Even just sitting there to relax is nice.
A few staff members are always outstanding and helpful to any questions or requests I may ask. One that stands out to me is Jio. He always writes very sweet notes to my friend and I when we come on in.
