I’ve always mobile ordered at this coffee shop in the drive thru. I was the only person in the drive thru line and the girls at the window were very rude- poor customer service. On my app it said my order was almost ready so I hopped in line bc I was the only one there and the girl rudely told me I should wait 5 minutes before getting in line. I normally come early in the morning and the girls at the window are alway so sweet to me. I Don’t recommend coming in afternoon with their customer service.

When we went to the drive through to get our mobile order that we ordered 3 minutes ago, the lady said to get out of line to wait for 7 minutes. so are you telling me that when you order at the actual drive through speaker they are gonna tell you to get outside of line and wait in the parking lot the go back through the line? mind you it was only us in the starbucks line. when we came back through the line we come up to the speaker and we told her we were back she rudely interrupted me talking and said come to the window. i don’t appreciate the rudeness. i don’t recommend this starbucks

This is the last time I give this location my business. They need to get their shit together. Takes 25 min to make a coffee and about 3 people in the store. They employees are standing around not doing shit while 1 person works. They get your order thru right away if your a doordasher but a normal hard working customer has to wait 25 min. This has been the 4th or 5th time this has happened.

I have given this location several chances and they just have continued to be a let down each visit. The staff is subpar, they can’t make a good beverage to save their life, and just lack in overall customer service. Also not worth the amount of time you wait for the quality you’re getting.

Iced shaken hazelnut expresso. I usually get this drink at other stores and its really good. Not too sweet. Today its nothing but milk and sugar. $8 dollars for something I'll end up tossing because its more sugar than coffee.
Not what you expect from a Starbucks. You aren't listening to your customers and you can't get the orders right. I frequent many Starbucks and something needs to be done about this place and the bratty manager.

I went to the Starbucks the other day and although the reviews aren’t the best it might have been the best iced Carmel macchiato I ever had! I had to wait awhile but there were a lot of orders and not enough staff making the drinks. It’s was worth the wait. I will definitely come here again!
