I have given this location several chances and they just have continued to be a let down each visit. The staff is subpar, they can’t make a good beverage to save their life, and just lack in overall customer service. Also not worth the amount of time you wait for the quality you’re getting.

Iced shaken hazelnut expresso. I usually get this drink at other stores and its really good. Not too sweet. Today its nothing but milk and sugar. $8 dollars for something I'll end up tossing because its more sugar than coffee.

I went to the Starbucks the other day and although the reviews aren’t the best it might have been the best iced Carmel macchiato I ever had! I had to wait awhile but there were a lot of orders and not enough staff making the drinks. It’s was worth the wait. I will definitely come here again!
I try to give This place a chance a few times, but they are so slow and always messing up my order never going back.

Lately they mess up the order- not sure how it’s difficult to follow online order for a pick up. Also the board says order is ready for pick up but you end up waiting another 5 mins after it’s been more than 15 mins. I think hiring more people would make the place run smoother and faster.

Extremely rude staff. They rang in my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it they fought me on it and reluctantly made it again. While the second time it was iced, it was made with the wrong milk but I did not dare bring it up again. Whilst remaking my drink I proceeded to hear them talk poorly of me.
