Yeah they just let my frozen drink melt. I was one of the people on the list that was waiting on an order and I was the only one present. Didn't hear my name get called so I was just sitting there unaware of my melting drink. While everyone else got their orders. They were just letting people grab them. I know the name is on the sticker but am I just going to grab people's drink and check one by one? Come on now... They was lucky I had to go ASAP or else i woulda caused a scene and threw my melted drank into the TV screen. Like did their brains click and say "Oh this drink has ice in it. Gotta announce the name on the sticker so it stays frozen for the customer." Next time they do this imma actually throw that melted drank at the TV screen. On GAWD

I’m going to be honest, there are mangers employed at this Starbucks and I highly recommend that no one come to this location because of their lack of respect and lack human consideration. I will not be returning back and Starbucks has lost a customer. Thank you and hope you do better in the future.

I must say that I love coming to this Starbucks! All of the baristas are nice, but Marcial is phenomenal! He always goes above and beyond to make sure my coffee is perfect! The service is what keeps bringing me back! Starbucks - you need someone like Marcial at every location of yours!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Waited for over 20 minutes for a coldbrew!! 3 employees sat on break, one got her order before all the waiting customers. Other guests told me they were waiting 30 mins!!!
I asked the employee to please make my coffee, I could no longer wait. She told me not to talk to her and turned her back. I will never return to this location. Atleast 3 employees behind the counter and they were all incapable of filling orders. Especially the gal who went out of her way to not do her job, be rude, talk nasty to customers and give dirty looks to a child. I will be putting in a formal complaint with headquarters.

The brown shaken oatmilk with espresso. I get it’s blond but I seriously think they don’t put in the espresso ! It’s basically sugar and oatmilk with a touch of soap?! After 6 orders from here.. I’m so over it.

Used drive thru to order a cup of Pike Place. After waiting when I ordered they told me the coffee maker was broken. If only they posted a sign to prevent me from waiting for nothing. A few weeks have passed and still no progress on the repairs. One barista stated it was already repaired once then broke again. Very disappointed in Starbucks handling this matter. This equipment is not old. This is not what I call good customer service.

I was paying with Apple Pay and my friend and I got two drinks that came out to around 12 dollars. I was waiting for my Apple Pay to approve and it was taking a while, last second the price suddenly changed to 18 dollars because she added a 5 dollar tip for herself and then it approved. Then that barista walked away and left from her shift. The service itself was horrible and we waited forever, the tip regardless was not deserved.
