As a active patron to majority of downtown Easton’s growing restaurant vibe, this placed deserved this amount of stars (maybe less) just based on poor communication amongst staff, accountability, and borderline discrimination. Just based on how busy a Saturday evening would be, the Mrs and I, seated outside, decided to order both appetizer and entrees as well as a meal to go and requested to have it all delivered all together. After getting just the appetizer, and witnessing literally every patron that arrived after us, get their meal, get their check, and leave , our entire meal had never arrived. No ownership to their mistake, just the blame game amongst each other. To top it off, they never placed our meal to go. That was enough to go HAM on this establishment, but wasn’t worth our time. So If you are ever in this area, please reconsider, trust me.

I’ve debated writing this review but so many people told me I should. Yes their espresso martinis are phenomenal. However it is so loud in there you can’t hear anything. My friends and I couldn’t hear each other speak. Now…. Last time I was here I got a dirty martini and it was good. This time it was bad. First one was very icy but I drank it anyway and ordered another thinking maybe it won’t be as bad. Well the next one was like a slushee. Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think a dirty martini should have so much ice that it’s like a slushee. I told the waitress and she admitted that the bartender shakes the drinks too hard. So I ordered another one. Then the bartender who made it came over and said (“who ordered the “less icy” martini”) with an attitude. I’m sorry but I don’t think a dirty martini should be like a slushee. ALSO the pizza was very thin and very burnt. I do think they have good espresso martinis but I think they need to work on other things.
Wings were life changing and the stoke burger was out of this world. 10/10 recommend trying the wings- nothing like them around

First of all, this place came highly recommended to us and my to my mom. First of all, the food was not as good as we expected, yes, it’s fancy. But tasted like it was mass produced in a factory, rather than made the real Italian way, strike 1.
Then, our waiter spilled glass and shattered and even got on my mom, not only was the glass very poorly cleaned up, and was a huge slipping hazard, but my mom struggles in the cool and it was a windy day, putting here in a ton of pain without concern from any attendant, strike 2.
Reminder, we have been here for 1 and an half hours. Our food can out while other people who finished their meals and were paying checks, strike 3.
I was already pissed off, but most of all, my mom was in a lot of pain, so we moved inside, instead of COMMUNICATING which this restaurant can really use, our food was platted on another table and we’re starving. In which, the millions of sorry’s didn’t cut it anymore. When he said he would give us a new meal, he walked into the kitchen FOR 30 SECONDS, and magically our “new” food appeared! It was such an insult.
Overall, it was a horrible experience, we drove far to come out here and forget of all the stress around our town. Instead, we had an unforgiving time at a place we should have never gave a chance. Would gladly never come back and recommend anyone else unless there are some major changes.

The food is delicious, but I have to give three stars for the music. It is ridiculously loud. My fiancé and I went in for lunch and we couldn’t hold a conversation without having to repeat ourselves multiple times due to the loudness of the music. Instead of being able to talk to each other, we just watched the tv and ate our food. We love the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant, but the music has kinda put us off from returning for now. Hopefully in the future when we do decide to go back, the music will be at a normal level.

Stoke is always a good time. The atmosphere the food, the mood, is always the best. Fun as a date night or just a Friday night out with friends. I love the food, the drinks and the staff is what’s friendly.

Stoke leans more lively bar scene than cozy coal-fired pizzeria—but if you’re in the mood for bold, flavorful pizza and a solid drink menu, it’s a fun spot to check out.
The pizzas are definitely the highlight: crispy, coal-fired crust with creative toppings and a good mix of red and white options. They’re cleverly named and well-executed—flavorful without feeling overcomplicated.
The Caesar and Italian chopped salads were fresh and generously sized, though both came a bit overdressed. Still enjoyable, but worth asking for dressing on the side if you’re picky about that.
Drinks are hit or miss. The Peach Old Fashioned was a standout—smooth, balanced, and well-loved at our table. The espresso martini tasted great, though it didn’t look as polished as the pictures online. The Hugo Spritz, on the other hand, was underwhelming—mostly due to a strange aftertaste from the Prosecco they use. If you’re a fan of spritz-style cocktails, you might want to ask about the ingredients first.
Prices are a touch high for the vibe and portions, but not outrageous—especially considering the prime downtown Easton location. Just be aware that parking is all street-based and can be a challenge depending on the time of day.
Overall: Stoke offers unique, flavorful pizza and solid cocktails in a casual, bar-forward setting. If you’re looking for a quieter or more elevated dining experience, Bar Torino around the corner might be a better fit. But for a lively night out with friends, Stoke delivers.

I’m from NYC is was visiting PA for the weekend. We stopped here for some drinks and decided to order the wings. And I must say I’ve never had wings like this ever in my life. Sooooooo good. My next trip I’ll be trying the pizza
Where do I start?
Every 6 months, I look forward to ERW (Easton Restaurant Week) and sort of walk around Easton and strategize where we’ll eat, breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. It’s fun. 🤞
This Tuesday, we started at STOKE for the $14 lunch special: choice of pizza and side of arugula salad.
Our server, Sophie greeted us, took our order and delivered a delicious salad and a sad looking pizza.
And the request for a side of red sauce for $1.75 because there was a scant smear on the pizza, only to arrive in a mini metal ramekin with two tablespoons worth, was the biggest joke. 🍅
Former server here, it’s not a fast paced lunch scene, know what your serving, what it cost and acknowledge that the coal fired crust is a huge fail.

Cool place but pizza was pretty underwhelming considering it’s a “pizza place” with unsatisfying pizza. It was burnt and just not the best pizza. Apart from that I would go again but not get pizza unless it would be improved. Staff was very kind. Had to also wait over 30 minutes for my pizza while the restaurant was half empty but I’m not too frustrated about that. 6/10

Excellent food! Recommend the wings!!
Ethan the server - very candid - knows the menu and you can trust him on the recommendations. The best cheesecake ever! Why? Because the strawberry cheesecake was exemplary as a sum of its parts and didn't just taste of cheesecake.
The desserts are the absolute highlight. All desserts are 95% made in-house and are the chef's creations.
This is one of those rare restaurants that truly deserves a five across the board.
This is a vegetarian review. The arugula salad is very fresh and has an excellent flavor combination of what seemed like a orangey fruit and a lemon base in the dressing.
You absolutely cannot go wrong with the eggplant rollatini.
