Love their burrata and beet salad. I had the sausage and pablano pizza - excellent and my wife had the truffle burger - cooked to perfection and very tasty. Excellent service by David and staff.
Excellent dining experience! Quality food and quality service. The only thing I was less amazed with was the Fungi Amongi pizza. It had an intense mushroom and truffle flavor without any other complimenting flavors like carmelized onion, more balsamic and/or goat cheese. Since everything else was amazing; I was surprised the pizza wasn't also amazing. I would definitely return and recommend it.
Disappointing dinner. Way too many Brussels sprouts for those of us who dislike them. My rack of lamb was well done rather than medium rare and the chops should have been split into individuals. Potatoes were cold and smothered in the awful Brussels sprouts ( not indicated on the menu). Husband's short ribs were cold and had to be sent back. Also way too many awful Brussels sprouts. Salad had too many greens and not enough apples and almonds. Ice cream for dessert was actually good. Atmosphere is dark and noisy. Lots better choices elsewhere.
First time at Surv. What a hidden gem of Easton! The restaurants main entrance and signage is located on the back side of the strip mall so it's easy to not notice. IMO, it's the nicest, hippest place that isn't in central downtown Easton. Excellent food, service, tons of parking and very cool vibe/decor. The manager read our reservation requests for a booth and made a point of welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable. They have a new outdoor patio that is great with live acoustic music there on weekends. We'll be sure to go there often.
Lack of seasoning was immediately noticed and there restaurant was missing a warmness from staff that would have you wanting to come back for more. This spot is a one and done for me.
Excellent food. Beautifully decorated, perfect for date night. Delicious drinks. Great service.
Our server David was fantastic. The other staff were also very nice. Our meats were all cooked a little too much so maybe that needs to be addressed. But they went above and beyond to make up for it. Overall, great dinner.
Our seats for my birthday dinner for two were in the hallway, along a blank wall, at a tiny table where all the wait staff walked back-and-forth to the kitchen throughout our dinner. It felt like the tables were shoved in there for extra seating but half of the dining room room was empty and it would've been much nicer to sit in the main dining room in an atmosphere with ambience! Even though the food was exceptional, I would never eat there at those tables again.
Our waiter was fantastic, as was the complimentary wine as first-time diners. Perfect addition to help celebrate a 55th wedding anniversary .
The atmosphere was a great vibe, our server Jen was outstanding, food great and the family had a nice time. Fresh quality cocktails were a bonus. I will definitely be back.

When you have party 0f 8 and the tips is added 20% service sucked we had to get servers find our waiter twice because she disappeared twice 15 min without service not happy
All Good!!———————————————————————————————————————-
Our server was amazing. However the food could be a little better. Online menus don't reflect current menu nor the current specials. Drinks are fantastic. Will be back for drinks and pizza !
Service was amazing!! Food was very good! Next time we will make an earlier reservation, did not realize they closed so early so were unable to try any desserts.
First time dining, the experience was ok, nothing outstanding. The pizza was good, the dessert was ok. I would probably go back and order an entree this time and hopefully sit in the open area of the restaurant.
