Usually my orders are fine but I went in person today and one of the women behind the counter was so horribly rude to a man who clearly had a language barrier. It was repulsive. I also work food service and deal with this issue often, there is no reason to dehumanize somebody.

I stopped by late on my way home, and the service was exceptionally swift. Tyquan was very kind and ensured I had everything I needed. Wish I took pictures of my order but its all gone.

Doesn't matter how many time you go and order something, items will always be missing or incorrect, go to another taco bell location other then the Easton one, I'm done with receiving the wrong order over and over again.
Food is great but employees put no effort into giving a good experience, minimal effort but again food is great

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The chicken nuggets were so burnt I had to throw them out and so were the potatoes! I also was standing there for about five minutes till somebody walked over to me (saw me and didn’t say anything)and I ordered online so all they had to do was hand me the bag.

I was not aware that Taco Bell was no longer serving breakfast. I give this Taco Bell a four star because…. for starters, the menu outside, had a breakfast section on it, which made me sit in the car for an extra five minutes or so, to decide which breakfast items I was ordering…. only to be told…they do not serve breakfast, and have not served breakfast there for quite some time. Well, in my opinion, why have a breakfast section on your menu if you no longer serve it? Secondly, I was asked if I wanted to order extra sauces or sour cream. I ordered an extra sour cream for $.50. It had nothing to do with the 50 cents , but the cup was less than half full! And also, the items that I purchased were not wrapped well so everything was all over the place, and it’s not like I drove far where the box could’ve moved and the stuff could’ve fell out. I could just tell that the items were poorly wrapped. I get it. It happens ! That’s why I give them a four star because I’m sure, ultimately, all is well at this place and this doesn’t happen every day, or I should hope not! I guess it was just an off day. 💁

I am so upset with their service and staff, i think they have some problem with their headset, its third time i order veggie Mexican pizza and they put beef in there, they should be thankful i am not going to sue them. Worst food and worst service. Not visiting ever again.
