Today was my last visit. I went early because I know they tend to be slow. The worker took my order, a man walked in and she started his order, he mentioned me and she commented, she’s good. A gentleman came from behind the counter that clearly works there. I spoke up and ask about my order, the worker responded she was working on an order that was pre-ordered, the gentleman behind the counter offered me a card so that I could next time call my order in instead of having to come in and wait for it. I declined. They started my order and you could tell by the workers’s face. She was upset. She hurried making my Matcha latte. I ask if she put lavender in it which she had not, she then added it, grabbed my scone and asked if I wanted it heated up I said no she gave it to me I told them I would not be back and the man responded, That’s fine. I pushed the door open however it must’ve got stuck because I heard the man yell and thank you for shutting the door. They were probably uptight because I said that I wouldn’t be back. I have been in there before where they have made me wait and wait and wait. I have been there before where they screwed up my order and I get that people make mistakes but it just seems like there could possibly be discrimination there, but I don’t like to throw out the color card. The scone was very good as was the Matcha latte however, service at 8 o’clock in the morning was poor and although I will miss it, I will not patronize that business ever again.

This is quite possibly the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The barista’s were absolutely lovely. And don’t even get me started on the food. I will be coming back ❤️

Unfortunately their coffee-based drinks are utterly atrocious. Not quite sure if it is the machine, the quality of the beans or the skills of the staff but none of it is drinkable in the least. We ordered 4 drinks (hot and cold) and they were all just awful. Do not recommend to any actual coffee drinkers unless they wish to experience the shop ironically,

I love visiting whenever I'm in the area because the food is consistently fresh and the service staff are always friendly. Prices may seem slightly high, but the portions are very generous. There's metered parking but as long as you plan accordingly it doesn't become a hassle.
The atmosphere is really unique and cool! Staff is very nice. Coffee was really not good. The chai latte's tasted like chai flavored milk, they were literally white. The vanilla latte was intensely over sweetened, and the other espresso drink just did not taste good, it had oat milk which tasted weird and was very thin, not creamy. Maybe we just ordered things that aren't the best to order there, but they were really not good.

The Chai Latte wasn't bad and the portion of oatmeal was absolutely sufficient and prepared well; you can add more from the counter after you get your order.

Went in today with a friend and two ladies were working. They got my order wrong twice. I asked if they could fix it and gave me horrible attitude. Additionally they were speaking badly to one another about me not discretely at all. Bad service and unprofessional.
