Love to eat at this place. I would not stop going there because of that reason. The food overall is awesome! I also appreciate that the owners go above and beyond to help others. I have picked food up from this place for an event that Eddie Cares does. So it's much appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Jessica was the best waitress we have had anywhere in a long time. She was always checking on us, and giving us updates on our food even though we waited longer than normal for a late lunch. She is the only reason for not giving 1 star. The food was disappointing especially since I was at a different Texas Roadhouse last week with amazing food. I ordered a medium well burger, very little pink. It was more medium rare. My husband's ribs were good but chicken critters were not fully cooked nor crispy.

Unfortunately my husband got zonked He ordered rib eye with a half rack of ribs. Was supposed to be no sauce and steak was suppose to have mushrooms and onions. Came out nothing on steak and sauce on ribs. Went downhill from there. By the time he got his ribs had steak half way done so took home. I get it was crowded but wow the kitchen really screwed up. We will go again. Had gift cards but only one went threw! Server apologized many times. Was not his fault.

Came for dinner with a party of 9 adults-was crammed into a corner booth. We asked to have the small booth next to us so we could fit comfortably-we were denied and said this was not possible because it was already being cleaned off for another customer. Very poor management staff-not accommodating to large parties and 7/9 steaks were not cooked to customer request. I have attached below the medium well steak I ordered. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive.

The food was great as usual! what is interesting is corporate discount which is 10% for our company. very funny to ask if my spouse works for the company too? the receipt had 10% off on my meal only. appetizer/drinks not included in the discount because we shared it together.... I recommend removing the discount because this definitely doesnt look good for such a good restaurant.
