Tonight was my first time coming to the Iron Mule with my grandmother and Uncle. Our server LeeLee was phenomenal, super accommodating, friendly, truly great service.
Our food was amazing as well but the manager Eugene was the most disgustingly disrespectful human being I have ever encountered and he deserves to be fired.
He berated our server in front of all the customers over the fact that I asked for a sauce on the side to go with my chicken sandwich. He then came over to our table and picked a fight with us in front of my elderly grandmother because we were comforting LeeLee and trying to tell her she did nothing wrong. He looked completely disheveled with his fly down, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was drunk.
It was the most absurd experience and never in my life have I met a more disrespectful person let alone a manager. I’m a server myself and am in disbelief of his treatment of staff. As long as Eugene is employed there I will not be returning. The only reason I would ever come back to the iron mule is because of LeeLee’s service and the quality of food.

The worst service ever. Our family made reservations for 5:30 for a birthday we get there and they say they aren’t doing our reservation. Then they beg us to stay tell us they’re going to take care of us. Then proceed to say we only have a buffet menu tonight. Terrible customer service.

Made a reservation for 5:30 for my wife’s birthday. They gladly took our reservation and we were excited to try this restaurant because of the versatility of the menu. There were 8 of us and something on the menu for all of us. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that there was a private party going on and that they couldn’t accommodate our reservation? They did then try to accommodate us, however, they offered us the buffet which was being served at the party and were going to give us a folding table. Being in the restaurant business myself for over 35 years, I did admire the attempt to accommodate, but I also was very disappointed that someone took our reservation knowing there was a private party and how it got passed the owner. I understand that mistakes happen but this type of inconvenience is completely unacceptable .

We came to Iron Mule on Sunday at 12 pm. The place was empty. They gave us the menu and then we were waiting for 20 min. There were 4 employees chatting and laughing, but nobody came to us. Finally we left.

Ribeye was 1/2 inch thick and ordered MR and got MW - not sure it should even be classified as a ribeye cut. Blackened Cod was baked with no flavor. Wings would have been nice if we ever got them. Heard the manager f-bomb his staff over an uncleaned table. Waitress was nice and good music. Won’t be coming back.
