We attended their Italian Beverage Class on July 10, 2025 as a group of 6. We all enjoyed the class, and the drinks we prepared. We decided to stay for dinner and our food and service were fantastic?
My family very much enjoyed dining here last night! The service and staff were fabulous and welcoming! The cozy atmosphere was astounding and the food was top notch!! A++ all around. Elpedio’s has definitely been added to our favorite restaurant list!
A great relaxing dinner. Live music outside - very good ! The stuffed veal was delicious the waiter made recommendations for dinner and wine ! A definite beautiful spot!
We went to a wine and pasta pairing event on Friday at Elpedio’s Ristorante at Seipsville in Palmer. It was such a great event. They have a beautiful outside patio/bar area. We have been here quite a few times after discovering this place a year ago but never to an event. They told you about all the wines and they even cooked the HOMEMADE pasta out on the patio. This is a family run business and everyone is so nice here. We were even serenaded by one of the owners. Sorry I couldn’t remember to take pics before taking bites 😂. It was just too good 🍷😃. Great place. Go check it out. They even have $12 pasta nights on Wed and Thursdays. — at Elpedio’s Ristorante at Seipsville.
I am a frequent guest and I am always made to feel welcomed there. The staff recognize you by name, they even remember your favorite dishes and drinks. The food is exceptional. It’s all made with love and my favorite part is that it feels special every time I go in there.
Great service and the food was great too.
Nice little bar. Beautiful decor.

I just happened to drive by the restaurant during dinner hour and noticed that the parking lot was filled, as compared to years ago. As a result, my interest was peeked and decided to Google them. Studied the online menu and decided to give them a try. Turns out we have a little Italian gem here in the Lehigh Valley. We have eaten at this warm, cozy restaurant three times in the last month. All three times the food was fresh and fabulous. The two front rooms are used for large group parties that I must keep in mind for in the future. The side rooms are cozy and rustic. Pasta and sauces are made fresh daily. Give a try - you will be impressed.

This place was a huge disappointment. We tried it after reading all of the great reviews on google however we will never come back. The food was extremely greasy and over priced for the quality you actually receive. The pasta is lacking flavor aside from all of the butter. We ordered a steak special that was smothered with sauce. Even the side of vegetables was inedible from all of the oil on it. The service was slow. Definitely try something else if you are in the area. For the price you are better off going to Carabbas across the street.

I honestly have not eaten food this bad in years. Our server was very friendly and told us the seafood risotto was to die for, so I decided to order it. The lobster tail seemed undercooked and the garlic oil they have for dipping was disgusting. Can't get the taste out of my mouth and only used it once. Ate one of the shrimp and couldn't bare to take a bite of anything else on my plate. My husband got the autumn ravioli special, also, not good. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. A waste of $120. Great restaurants nearby.

My wife and I took our adult children to Elpedios last weekend. (Our first time) The staff was very welcoming and our server Kate was awesome! The ambience was on point, very comfortable, it felt like we were in Italy. The appetizers, dinners and desserts were all incredible! (Even the pasta is homemade) Half of us brought home our leftovers for lunch the next day and it was delicious! The 6 of us can’t wait to return, and it will definitely be soon!
Ordered the Blackened Salmon with risotto, it was delicious.
Service was top notch, came by regularly. Ordered tiramisu and cappuccino for dessert, also fabulous. A bit pricey but worth it every one in a while.
