I tripped over this coffee house on my way through Easton PA and really enjoyed myself. Unique cafe with talented baristas. Intellectual vibe with patrons finding a nook inside the rambling coffee house to sit and read a book.

It’s my home away from home. Staff is kind, plenty of seating, beautiful ambience. I love to come here to catch up with friends or work on grad school assignments. 🥰 love that they offer non dairy options. I recommend the mocha!

Best coffee shop in the Valley. Hands down. Just go.

For the price, both the quality and the quantity were very disappointing.

Peanut butter Raspberry cookie is delicious! Their tea was awesome! I typically don't drink tea but i wanted to try something new and I loved it! The employees were so nice! And the vibe is amazing in there!

This was my first time at Three Birds Coffee House; I now know why it's rated one of the best coffee houses in the United States! As Arnold said, "I'll be back!" PS...I added my sketch of the Coffee House.

Loved this place. What a gem. One of the cutest coffeeshops I’ve visited and I’m a huge coffeeshop fan. It’s just so charming.

30$ for two lattes, one croissant and yogurt with granola on it.
Great atmosphere but very pricey so be mindful!

Gosh, I don’t even know where to begin with this review.

I never planned on coming to Easton for coffee (I’m a loyalist at a shop closer to Allentown) however, I saw ThreeBirds get an award from USA Today & figured a friend & I could check it out.

The Victorian style space is immaculate down to the woodwork above the doorframe, the bathrooms, & all the furniture. It’s a small maze where you can sit by windows or tucked away.

My friend & I arrived right at 9am & shortly after it got very busy. I had a vanilla latte & he had the pumpkin special latte. Amazing doesn’t begin to cover it since the flavors were not overpowering the beans. They use Passenger Coffee beans which are great (I live by Passenger Coffee) & take pride in each drink they prepare. Even while super busy when we went for our second round, the staff was polite & didn’t rush anyone at all. The pastries are rich & have quality ingredients. I will say weekends can be super busy & hard to find a spot to sit but it is worth coming early to get a good seat.

I ended up buying stickers & their candle scent as well.

Again, I’m a loyalist at another shop & ThreeBirds just beat their ranking for me which I never thought I’d say. I cannot wait to be back!!
