We had a comfortable coffee date and the “Valentine Latte” tasted fantastic. The old mansion is really awesome to explore and we loved seeing the birds. Looking forward to coming back for another coffee date, and when the weather is nicer to also sit outside on their cute patio.

First time here the other day & I loved it! Modern pastries with quality espresso drinks ☕️ ? I had an oat latte and crossiant- both wonderful. There's plenty of seating and different rooms to sit in. There's also two bathrooms, lol. I hope to come back again in the future. It is a bit of a drive from my current location, but totally worth it!

This coffee house is the best place to hangout with a friend, get some work done or even have a little business meeting. Super cozy atmosphere with hospitable baristas and comfortable places to sit. There is everything to love about this coffee house : the ambience, the endless rooms with vintage seating and artwork, the staff always friendly, the perfect shots of espresso and the selection of loose leaf tea, the intention throughout the entire shop gives a relaxed and comfortable customer experience.

This is a beautiful building with original parquet flooring that you need to see. Beyond that, the coffee is very good and baked goods are excellent too.

Recently visited this coffee house before the holiday. The atmosphere is wonderful. Tea and scones were delicious however the cappuccino was disappointing, bitter and lukewarm.Maybe it was just an off day for them.

Even in these crazy times Three Birds is a relaxing oasis. Update for 1/4/24: Holding strong as one of the best coffee spots in the area. Great service. Great atmosphere. I love what they bring to downtown Easton! :)

Stopped here for coffee this morning. Coming here for the atmosphere alone is worth it. It’s like going into your grandmas home with cozy nooks and crannies as well as large functional spaces all over to set up to work or sip on your coffee. I would definitely come back again to enjoy more off their coffee menu and try some of their pastry’s.

Very cozy atmosphere. They got a parrot in a cage, too! Drinks are good, pastry choices are limited and expensive.

I love Three Birds coffee house! I visited with friends to get drinks and chat, but I think it could also be a great place to do work. There are a lot nooks and places for people to sit and relax. There are also a lot of plants and they have a bird in one of the rooms. When it's warm out, there's an outdoor seating area you can use too. It is such a cozy and cute coffee shop! I got the hot matcha latte and it was great. I love the latte art and the taste of the matcha. I asked for it to be sweetened but it was just a tad too sweet for me, so keep that in mind. My friend got a hot chocolate and I love the little bear on top. It was such a nice touch! I definitely want to come back again soon and would 100% recommend this place if you're visiting Easton!Update:I came here again to work and tried the Tahitian vanilla latte as well as their apple cinnamon muffin. The latte was delicious and had a very nice vanilla flavor! However, the muffin was extremely disappointing. It was very hard and dry, and IMO, it didn't taste like apple or cinnamon at all. And unfortunately, it was served cold. As for the ambiance, it was pretty difficult finding a quieter place to work. I can at around 1 pm on a weekday and almost all of the quieter spots were taken. However, I would still say the vibes of the coffee shop is super nice. There are a lot of little nooks and plants.
