Everyone Please be careful when you buy at this Wayback burger and check your bank account!. I was charged four times for my meal!! Now i have to call my bank to have the transcation investigated. There may be some faulty hardware or shady practices occurring at this location. My experience was somewhat okay, The staff was nice, however, they all appeared to be overwhelmed/overworked with all the orders with only two staff members on the floor. Definitely check you bank accounts if you plan to eat here or at least be mindful of it. Take care.

Ordered via Door Dash....driver was great - early even! Should have tipped him more. Food though....horrible....burger was like a kid size and dry as a bone. Finished it in like 2 bites, lol! Guess I'll have to run out for something else now. Oh well, live and learn. I never had Wayback before......and never will again, lol

Wow!! I understand we all get sick. I understand we catch a cold. What I did not like and found GROSS!! Was the Manager having a cold and supporting the front with orders and while I had been ordering she was Coughing the entire time.. Then to touch things without sanitizing her hands!!! This is a shame... This was one of my favorite places. Now I have to think about showing up here. Ah this was best she had a attitude. Let's make this better!!! And she made My Milkshake Just LIke That.

The last time we came..no one making the food had gloves on. The guy was touching the cheese with no gloves. Insane. To make matters worse, he was touching his phone and then back on the grill. Needless to say, we canceled our order so quick!! Won't be back. Not too mention the food there is not cheap. So im definitely expected good/sanitary service.

I ordered my food at 4:40 and got the burger at 5:30 all I did was ask if my order was ready and the cook must have been in a bad mood but they just angrily said "I have to make the bourbon burger" like I wasn't just waiting 40 minutes. Attitude weird, vibes weird, burger wasn't even that good for all that energy.

Came in on quiet Wednesday afternoon. Tenders were amazing, as usual, albeit a bit small, but out of my control, so no worries there. The new cookie butter shake was also to die for; very good, more places should do those kind of shakes! It’s also nice they have Cherry Coke, unlike McDonald’s or Burger King. Would def come back again to this location ??

I recently placed an order at Wayback Burgers, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. My order was delayed, and when I finally reached the counter, I was informed that the item I wanted was unavailable. The staff, who appeared quite young and overwhelmed, did not handle the situation well. They were on their phones and seemed to be ignoring customers—maybe due to a register issue, but no explanations were provided.
After I had already paid, I was told to resolve the issue through DoorDash and that it wasn’t their problem, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, none of the staff were wearing hairnets, which raises concerns about food safety. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing and needs serious improvement.
