Definitely try to stop when I'm in the area. Great burgers! This trip they got my to go burger wrong but it was good. The bourbon burger tasted like it had mustard sauce instead of a BBQ sauce.... not a fan 😕

Excellent burgers that taste fresh and aren’t too greasy. The mint chocolate chip shake is great too, don’t get rid of that.

People working not friendly. Lighting is dim. Makes the restaurant feel dirty. Burgers are highly highly mid. No snap. No flavor to the burgers. No crisp lettuce. Not worth coming here

Went with the family to grab lunch a few days ago. We had ordered a little more than 70 dollars worth of food for 2 adults and 3 kids. I only had 100 dollar bills on me from my jobs christmas bonus I had received the night prior, and they refused to accept it. I know businesses have the right to refuse service for any non-discriminatory reason. And I'm not claiming any of us felt discriminated against, so we just left without taking it out on the workers in any way. But I felt it was necessary to leave a review because it was dramatic and embarrassing to be turned away in front of a store full of people when I possessed valid legal currency and the food was already mostly prepared by the time we were checking out. So the decision to waste food and turn us away is what apparently is taught to employees at this establishment. Considering I know it costs a few bucks for the marker that tests bills thats wildly unproductive and unprofessional. I check bills every day at my job. And speaking from experience, I know the customer is not always right but sometimes it's more important to prioritize a customers positive experience and secure a large sale rather than harping on a rule that in that moment had no benefit to either the customer or establishment.

Was a great place, but unfortunately last time we went a few days ago the staff served us some pretty bad tasteless burgers. Service was pretty awful and many of the tables dirty. It's unfortunate cause the first few times we went there were really great.

Always looking for a good burger place . The meat and the way it was cooked was awesome. All I can say is it was the juiciest tastiest burger I’ve had in a while. 5 stars.

Update from a year ago, we went back today because my wife and kids wanted a burger.

The staff was great, busy, and hard working. The place was super clean, our order was hot and fresh for pick up.

Glad to see Wayback is on the come back!

Everyone Please be careful when you buy at this
Wayback burger and check your bank account!. I was charged four times for my meal!! Now i have to call my bank to have the transcation investigated. There may be some faulty hardware or shady practices occurring at this location. My experience was somewhat okay, The staff was nice, however, they all appeared to be overwhelmed/overworked with all the orders with only two staff members on the floor. Definitely check you bank accounts if you plan to eat here or at least be mindful of it. Take care.
