Went in for lunch today around 1:15, my dad and I ordered two burgers with 2 sides of fries, a milkshake and a fountain drink. after taking a bit to get the milkshake, we waited with the other 15-20 people waiting for their food in the restaurant as well. After about 30 mins, 2-3 people had asked for refunds, an hour in, most except me, my father and a couple doordashers. After being told our ticket was forgotten or lost, i’m not exactly sure my father spoke with them, they said they were going to remake it. Another 15 minutes and nothing was happening so we checked in again. Only to then hear one of the burger orders being made incorrectly. The only sitting customers left after 90 minutes, we were tired and hungry. We asked for a refund and left, the two older men were great but one didn’t come in until 45 mins into the whole ordeal and only then did it actually start to resolve. We left completely unsatisfied and I was actually quite upset, mostly with the fact we stopped for a quick lunch that lasted longer than Disney movie.

This place is getting progressively worse and worse. Each time, something goes wrong.Placed a pick up order online last night.Went to pick it up and the kids at the counter just stared at me, didn't offer a greeting or any assistance. (rude, but not what irritated me).Got my order, took it home and everything was wrong. I wanted 4 extra toppings that were clearly listed on the ticket, and I got none of them. My partners burger looked like it was made by a three year old.I will no longer be buying from here, I'm tired of incorrect orders, especially when I pay for extra, AND leave the workers a tip.This place needs new management.

Way back Burgers are wayback 60s retro style in the theme of Johnnie Rockets. Nice atmosphere and really nice employees who will make a custom add on the the cheese one. I love extra cheese and wow. Next time I drop by BYOO. Bring your own oregano for med flavor. Adding oregano to a burger gives it a Mediterranean flavor. Wayback Oreginata with mozzarella add that to menu

Went in to order burgers and was told it would be a minimum of 30 minutes employees were very nice and apologetic about it, but I'm not waiting 30 minutes for fast food otherwise I'll go to a regular restaurant.
We ordered 5 burgers with a bunch of different ad-one and paid for it too, when we got our order, every single burger was plain and we called to get a refund and they never picked

Just don't bother. This place is a minute from my house and I always give it another chance, and they screw up my order every time. My burger is never right, and I basically get it with bacon, cheese, and that's it. They always put random other toppings or sauces I don't want on it. The staff don't care, so don't bother. Just save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Got there. Stood for 10 min. No one even approached me. Employees were busy eating their dinner. Finally got my order and it was all wrong. Worst experience ever! Will definitely not go back nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there!
