Been to this location numerous times and the food is always hot and fresh... it just might not be what you ordered. Today, I ordered the JBC Meal Deal, and the burgers didn't have any bacon. Isn't that kind of the point?
The food from this location is very good, that's why I keep going back, but be aware that what you request might not be what's in the bag. And online orders? Forget about it, absolute roll of the dice.

So I’m a trucker that drove from Virginia to the hotel across the parking lot from Wendy’s it was 11:30 pm cars were in the drive thru getting food. I waited until the line cleared. I asked if I can order food because I have a semi truck. The lady at window denied me ordering food. I told her my truck is over there and I can’t fit. She clearly said it was a Wendy’s policy to only serve food to people in vehicles and couldn’t make an exception for me when the line was cleared. I pray to Jesus Christ that nobody ever ever ever denies her food.
We arrived in PA around 1:15am-1:30am We ordered 3 $5 biggie bags and a number 6. We were missing the fry for the number 6 and nothing was on my JBC but cheese and bacon… All the food was cold! after driving 7hrs that was just disappointing. too tired to go back but do better
